Just call me an early bird today. I went to bed at midnight last night and woke up at 5:30. I am hoping I can go to bed earlier otherwise makes for a long day for me. I have already planned my eating for the day b/c of this and I am gonna post it now! B: Pure Protein Chewy Chocolate Chip Protein Bar (really liking these for that chocolate fix! 190 cals) L: 2 Pumpkin Protein Pie/Muffins with 1 tbs of 'frosting' and light whip mixed together for topping. S: Latte of some kind using 8 oz of light vanilla soy milk, decaff and of course SF syrup. S: Kashi Cereal 3/4 cup with 2 oz of vanilla soy milk, 1/4 cup blueberries thawed from frozen. D: chicken taco salad - 1 cup romaine, red onion chopped, 2.5 oz chicken chopped, 1 oz low fat mont jack cheese, 1 tbsp of light sour cream and 2 tbsp of black bean salsa. S: EAS Shake Totals could be better but not bad.. I just know I have a long day ahead of me as an early bedtime never seems to happen anymore even if I want it to! Cals: 925, fats 27, carbs 75, protein 108. I am still feeling a bit run down with the monthly stuff but I need to move today.. so not gonna push myself at the gym today.. I will either do some walking intervals on the treadmill or go for a nice long walk with the dog today. How did you do today?

Hello i got to work tonight so my dinner is preplanned B: oatmeal 1oz whole wheat flatbread toasted with blue bonnet light S: Decaf coffee with sweetn low L: 2 oz tuna 1/4 c grapes 1/4 c celery 2 tbsp mock german vinegar potatoe salad (made with cauliflower instead of potatoes) Really good got the idea from the recipe board just made it our family style really good... Preplanned dinner D: 2 Ball Park 100% ff smoked turkey franks ( i really like these) 1 tsp ketchup and 1/2 tsp mustard S: 1/2 cup chopped celery

1 bowl of cabbage/beet soup'-200cal? 1 energy bar (190cal, 10pr) 3calcium chews, 3 multi-vit chews-165cal ----- so far--555cal, 10 protein (i know, i know but i'm about to have 2 chicken thigs for dinner (250cal each. lots of protein) and some veggies-100cal- daily total-1155cal _____ exercise--1.7mile wak; gym--35min elliptical, some weights

I've not done well at all today. 1 protein shake 3 hard boiled eggs w/ 1 TBSP LF miracle whip 1 whole grain lean pocket It's already 6 pm here so I don't want to eat a ton more. I may try another protein shake later to boost up stats. current without shake cals. 682 fat. 27 carbs. 42 (this is incredibly low for pregnancy, but I made up for it yesterday) protein. 71

Was too tired to post my eats yesterday, sorry. They ended up very typical...too high in carbs as usual. Not a great day but not bad. Today has been very challenging so far and I'm concerned about making it through the next 5 hours. Here's so far: 1) homemade bran muffin --nf, sf soy latte on the way to and at work 2) homemade chocolate/banana prot. bar (that PMS thing!) 3) 1/2 cup Fage 0% yogurt, 1/4 cup ls granola, 1 packet dehydrated fruit grazing: 1 frigo cheese heads light mozz stick 2 turkey/cheese rollups 1 whole wheat oat pumpkin muffin 1/2 cup shredded imitation crab mixed with 2 T ff sour cream 1/3 cup nsa ice cream planned for later: 2 chicken thighs from another Sparkpeople recipe (Slowcooker Salsa Chicken) calories: 1007, carbs: 106, fats: 21, protein: 106 Going to try to hold those numbers down with a lot more tea and water today. For exercise...6 hours at work followed by two hours shopping. Feeling like I am coming down with a cold still so taking a lot of Airborn and hoping for the best. The last thing I need is a headcold to make me want to roll up into a sluggish ball.

I think I did a lot better today, but there is still a lot of room form improvement. I had: B-sausage patty, sl american cheese on wasa cracker and few grapes s-sf nf latte with atkins protein bar l-chicken salad with whole wheat crackers, salsa and sf jello s-sf nf latte d-taco salad-one taco shell all crumbled up with ground beef, refried beans, a little bit of sour cream, cheese, lettuce and tomato. For exercise, I walked at a pretty fast pace for about 40 minutes and did some running. I felt so weird to run, I have not done it in ages. I will try to do again on thursday. Have a great Wednesday!!!!!!!!!

OH Yeah!!!!! You RAN! Do you know how happy this makes me? Girl yes it feels "weird" at first but just you wait if you keep it up... lets go jogging together! ***GREAT JOB*** I am so proud!

Yes, it was very weird but I was more happy to see that I really could do it and it was not that bad. I am going to keep on trying and coming from me its a big deal. I have always hated it the notion of running but it seems that I am going to start liking it soon. I am very proud of myself too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
