Very Late! What did ya eat today and how did ya move? -Monday

Sorry guys, I had support group tonight so I am late! Hope you guys had a good eating and moving Monday! Here is what I ate.. B: Atkins PB Granola Protein Bar S: 1 turkey hot dog, 3 melba toasts, 1 light cheesestick. (weird I know). L: 1 dannon light n fit vanilla yogurt, 1/4 cup bare naked granola, 5 small strawberries S: EAS Shake D: 2 Protein Pumpkin Pie Muffins with 1 tbs of light 'frosting' and light whipping cream mixed. (on a kick with these, love em!) Cals: 938, fat 36, carbs 71, protein 90 I didn't have time to exercise plus today is my day off as I sleep most of it and then went to support group, had a great time! We did before and after night with pics and clothes, so fun! How did you do?

I am glad you had a great time at your meeting .. I love our meetings i wish we had them more than once a month. well here is how i did today B: 1 cup chopped hard boiled egg with chopped onion and 4 whole wheat ritz crackers S: 1/2 cup red seedless grapes 1/2 cup chopped celery (so good!!!!!! never ate these two together before D: 4 oz. lean ground chuck pattie 1 cup steamed asian broccoli medley D: 1/3 cup special k protein plus with 1/4 cup 2% milk ( i sure can not do cereal anymore feels funny having the liquid go down with the cereal it just sits funny) normally i eat it dry but i had the taste for it Hope you all did well !!!

B--tuna and egg salad--260cal L--1 kashi protein bar--190cal S--1 apple-100cal D-2 bowls of bortch (my mom's russian cabbage/beet soup) -300cal D2--large chicken drumstic, a little steamed cabbage-300cal Other--vitamins, sugar free hard candy, Fuse Slenderdize--200cal (all delightfully empty) Total: 1350cal (went over 1200...bad Nat), prob.around 80 protein Exercise: 2doggie walks-- 5.8miles total

Ok Natalie, if you can steal that recipe for the soup from your mom I would love to have it! My mom is Polish and has never found a good recipe for this soup and has missed ever since her mom passed years ago. I am going to visit in Nov for Thanksgiving and I would *LOVE* to surprise her with a great recipe and make it for her. Any way you an get this from mom? Tell her it would make my mom's year! Thanks so much!

Hi Anita! Great eating day!! Yes, I love our meetings and I too wish they met like every 2 weeks at least! Yes eating cereal with milk bothers some people a lot. I eat mine with vanilla soy milk and only like 1/4 cup myself and it sits ok with me but I know a lot of people cannot do this.

HERE I AM AFTER A WEEK OFF! B: Protein Bar S: cc Yogurt L: Quiche S: Protein Bar D: 4oz chicken, grilled zucchini S: 30 Grapes 10 Saltines (dang it) I was sooo tired that i came home from work...put on my sweats (it has been chilly) and took a nap off and on for 2 hours ...no moving...... Calories 974 Fat 33 Carbs 90(egad) Protein 87 I bet we all know wht i have to work on.........

Hey Dawn! Looking good girl! Hey I am trying this carb cycling thing I think.. where ya eat a few more then bring it down for a couple days. Might try that and see what u think? Keeps the body guessing just like anything else with changes (exercise, etc.) Have a great Tuesday!
