Very Late! What did ya eat today and how did ya move? -Monday
Sorry guys, I had support group tonight so I am late! Hope you guys had a good eating and moving Monday! Here is what I ate..
B: Atkins PB Granola Protein Bar
S: 1 turkey hot dog, 3 melba toasts, 1 light cheesestick. (weird I know).
L: 1 dannon light n fit vanilla yogurt, 1/4 cup bare naked granola, 5 small strawberries
S: EAS Shake
D: 2 Protein Pumpkin Pie Muffins with 1 tbs of light 'frosting' and light whipping cream mixed. (on a kick with these, love em!)
Cals: 938, fat 36, carbs 71, protein 90
I didn't have time to exercise plus today is my day off as I sleep most of it and then went to support group, had a great time! We did before and after night with pics and clothes, so fun!

I am glad you had a great time at your meeting .. I love our meetings i wish we had them more than once a month. well here is how i did today
B: 1 cup chopped hard boiled egg with chopped onion and 4 whole wheat ritz crackers
S: 1/2 cup red seedless grapes 1/2 cup chopped celery (so good!!!!!! never ate these two together before
D: 4 oz. lean ground chuck pattie 1 cup steamed asian broccoli medley
D: 1/3 cup special k protein plus with 1/4 cup 2% milk ( i sure can not do cereal anymore feels funny having the liquid go down with the cereal it just sits funny) normally i eat it dry but i had the taste for it

D-2 bowls of bortch (my mom's russian cabbage/beet soup) -300cal
D2--large chicken drumstic, a little steamed cabbage-300cal
Other--vitamins, sugar free hard candy, Fuse Slenderdize--200cal (all delightfully empty)
Total: 1350cal (went over 1200...bad Nat), prob.around 80 protein
Exercise: 2doggie walks-- 5.8miles total
Ok Natalie, if you can steal that recipe for the soup from your mom I would love to have it! My mom is Polish and has never found a good recipe for this soup and has missed ever since her mom passed years ago. I am going to visit in Nov for Thanksgiving and I would *LOVE* to surprise her with a great recipe and make it for her. Any way you an get this from mom? Tell her it would make my mom's year! Thanks so much!
