Hi All! Hope everyone had a good day, I am a bit late posting, ran some errands with DH and went to the gym. So lets share what we ate... B: 2 pumpkin protein pie/muffins with 1 tbsp of "cream cheese frosting" mixed with 1 tbsp of light whipping cream. S: 2 cups of popcorn (from a gas station - i know not the best but I do let myself have this, have for months and has been ok, i figure it as popcorn popped in oil and salted with fitday) L: got an egg beater omelet with swiss cheese and chopped veggies. It was a 3 egg omelet but I ate 2/3's so about 2 eggs worth. I also had just a couple bites of a side salad with the tines of my fork dipped in balsamic vinegerette dressing (just lettuce). S: 1 cheesestick (light mozz) and 6 all bran crackers. S: 1 apple with calorie free walden farms caramel dip (its ok), apples always make my stomach upset Like very gurgly then its bathroom time. Ugh.. D: will be a salad with 4 oz chicken on it and ff italian and some red onion if i recover from my apple.. eek Cals: 918, fats 38, carbs 65, protein 90. I went to the gym and ran 2.5 miles on the treadmill then ran 1 mile on the track. Did some shopping tonight so walked a lot too. How did you do today?

Today was SO much easier being at home and having the day mostly preplanned! At work I have to use so many calories for energy so early in the day that it leaves me with not enough by the time I get home and into the evening. At work I usually end up eating three mini breakfasts and that is too much of my calorie budget! Here's today instead: 1) 2 crustless mini quiches (no sauce needed today...yeah!!!) --sf, nf soy latte 2) 2 turkey/cheese rollups 3) 1/2 cup 0% Fage, 1/4 cup lf granola 4) 1 slice PK's meat crust pizza, 1 Blue Bunny Froz Fruit 5) 1/3 cup craisins...snacked on throughout the day calories: 780, carbs: 93, fats: 19, protein: 76 No moving and that is bad...I was off work and should have dragged out the stair stepper. Shopped today (also bad!) and helped my son move into his 'new' room. Melissa...on the apples: That sounds a lot like mini dumping. I can only eat about a quarter of a raw apple without my tummy starting to HURT. Don't know if it would end up in bathroom time because the pain is too much to want to eat more. A cooked apple, however...is very soothing on my pouch. It LOVES your apple crisp! I nuked an apple tonight with some DaVinci caramel syrup (not the thick sauce) and a sprinkle of cinnamon to take to work tomorrow. Hope it will be yummy! Have a good day tomorrow everybody! Molly

I think I will stick to warmed up apples myself. Those I did fine with! Thanks for reminding me of this Molly. I ended up doing a shake for the rest of my protein instead of the chicken salad.. it sat fine thank goodness.

My eats started out good, again, but the evening's suck. Ended the day with a NF SF Vanilla latte and 1/2 NSA banana nut cake from Starbucks. However, i did join a gym today and I am super excited about, especially since it includes unlimited tanning. Flabby, excess skins looks so much "hotter" if it's tan Only bad part is that the gym is brand new and will not be open until 11/15. That also turns out to be a good thing as they are having a special of $19.99 a month with no contracts. Can't beat that price anywhere and it is within walking distance from my house and they are open late so I can go up after the kiddies go to sleep and before DH goes in to work midnight shift. I am hoping the gym will give me the motivation to stick to better eating habits.

1) "My eats started out good, again, but the evening's suck" Ditto- couldnt have said it better myself. 2) "Flabby, excess skins looks so much "hotter" if it's tan " - I always said dark fat is better than white fat--BUT this year i will coin your phrase 3) A gym that is 19.95 and within walking distance........Dude you must be living a good life--cuz someone was smiling down on you --i wish i were that lucky! Go Amy GO!

I feel lucky to have the gym coming into the area. Just wi**** was open already. I figure if I am going to have excess skin I might as well make it look as good as possible

Awesome on the gym!!! I am excited for you.. working out really helps me emotionally more than physically. I think you will find yourself feeling like it is just something you must do.. thats how I feel about it and if I skip it, I feel majorly lousy! I hope you enjoy it!!!!

Still Not eating well --so i will not post it --I decided that i will get back to my "old" self on Monday. Not that i am going to go all crazy for the next 4 days.......but i will start logging and doing the right stuff Monday.....In my head i have to make it OK this one time to take a week off ---just so it is not like i fell off the wagon never to get back on.......or maybe i wont wait that long...when i typed it 4 days seems like a really long time from NOW. See you are all witness to why i have to post to this board...when i type somehting out.......i realize how perposterous it sounds..... What i started typing was to tell you that I cant eat apples either.....they make me feel exactly the same as what you have described so i stay far away

Hey Dawn, I like the fact that you can tell yourself that you CAN and WILL get back on the bandwagon even if it isn't today. Good job! As for apples, yeah unless they are baked like Molly talked about wow.. they kinda just make me feel pretty il for a while. I think I eat them too fast and the sugar hits the intestines quick. I kinda do a mini dump thing. Thanks for taking the time to reply!
