What did ya eat and how did ya move today? - Tuesday
Hi All, gotta make this quick, I got called into work tonight but only from 6-1130.
B: 2 mini egg white crustless quiches and 3 strawberries (and I didn't break out from them yeah!)
S: homeade latte using light soy milk and some light whipping cream.
L: 2 protien pumpkin muffins with cream cheese frosting
S: mini popcorn, 1 cheesestick
S: 1 ounce of ham, 6 all bran crackers (small ones) (had to eat again before work)
S: EAS Shake on the way to work (i should skip this but im not! I am so bad!)
D: after work 3 oz chicken with a greek side salad. I know I will be hungry.
cals 1029, fats 40 (high), carbs 65, protein 108 ( a tad high oh well) Getting called into work throws my day off sometimes. Could be a lot worse tho!

Hope the surprise shift goes well. My day was a bit weird for eats...not very well planned after such a good day yesteray. Am too tired now to work out tomorrow's but I will try to get it done early tomorrow a.m.
1) Atkin's apple crisp breakfast bar
--1 1/2 cups nf, sf soymilk latte
2) 2 crustless mini quiches, 2 T ff sour cream
3) 1 corn thin cake, 1 T soynut butter, 1/2 small banana sliced on top
4) 1/2 cup nsa ice cream
5) 1 serving Kay's Natural's parmesan crisps, 1 frigo light mozz. stick
6) 1 cup ff cottage cheese, 1 T sf apricot jam
calories: 1034, carbs: 77, fats: 33, protein: 76
Your day didn't sound bad at all and very good on the carbs too!

Dinner-2 jenos pizza rolls (I know)
