HW: 372 SW: 349 LW: 195 CW: 194 Went for a check up with the surgeon yesterday and my blood work was great. My blood sugar has dropped over 100 points since pre-op and so has my cholesterol. I am now down 178 pounds and according the BMI chart she uses I am "normal". She also aid that she doesn't want me to lose to much more and thinks my personal goal of 175 is to low. She thinks 180-185 is a "better" range for me, especially if I want have PS since that will take some more weight off. Guess I will just wait and see how I feel when I get to her goal for me. She also said that my loss is spectacular and that I am above average in my progression, since I am not even a year out. Definitely, boosted my motivation to get to goal to hear her say that.

Hi Melissa and ladies, My stats are listed below: HW: 241 SW: 233.6 LW: 143.2 (10/15/07) CW: 143.8 (today) Focused and ready--although I did not make it to the gym today. I had to do my taxes last night and was up til 2 this morning, needless to say, I had to take pain meds and it put me to sleep. I slept in until 10 this morning when I took my son to daycare. I'm taking it easy today cuz yesterday wiped me out. Angela

Hi all I hoped off the wagon (on purpose) for the last two weeks in Sept. I didnt gain or lose.. which was fine.. This month, I have been having medical issues, CT scans, Barium swallows, pain in my right side no one knows what it is.. so I haven't been to the gym and haven't really been worrying about my weight. But since my last post (a month ago) I have lost 1 lb. lol Not bad for not doing much. I am going to get back to the gym tonight because there is no point in waiting for results if no one knows. Hang in there Megan, as we get closer to goal our bodies tend to want to "hang on" for dear life I think. Try mixing it up with your food choices and exercise and upping you water, it will break soon! *hugs*
