Hello Gang! I am HOME! I missed you all and it feels good to be back home in my own happy little environment. I had a good time made good choices 98% of the time, went over on my cals 2 days by a bit but nothing major really. I am proud of how I did, I even did some running, walking and lots of shopping so never stopped till I hit the bed in the evenings. So I thought I would post real quick my eats for today and tomorrow (always the same when I work) and then I will hop on the treadmill for 2 miles. B: 1 egg, 2 oz lean ham steak. L: 1 cup romaine, 1 spicy black bean burger, .5 oz of cheese, some red onion chopped, 2 tbsp of black bean salsa and 1 tbsp of light sour cream. S: Cafe Caramel Shake on the way to work. D#1: 3.5 oz of baked chicken with 1/2 cup steamed veggies - cauliflower, broccoli, squash, zuchinni, carrots. D#2: 1 cup homeade chili I don't deviate much on the weekends, I keep it pretty much the same, makes it easy for me. Cals 890, fats 31, carbs 52, protein 104. I am right where I wanna be! Sometimes its hard b/c I am up 24 hours to spread it all out and make it last (the cals that is) but so far so good. How did you do to day?

Hi Melissa, good to have you back! HUGS!!! Glad you made a good week out of your trip. Be sure to let us know how the grandma visit went, we were all wishing you well. One question about your usual weekend eating plan...how in the world do you get away with eating chili at work? It doesn't just totally gas you up? My gosh, the cup of chili I ate last night did HORRID things to me. Moves for me today...more painting, more housework, more yardwork. Pretty usual weekend stuff. I haven't climbed back onto the stair stepper since my iPod died and need to dig out my old walkman to get back to it. Luckily I burned a cd of my workout music so at least it will be the same workout for me. Here's today's eats..the numbers were so good that I think I will have an extra sweet decaf latte for 'dessert' tonight after I get a little more work done downstairs. 1) 1 serving chocolate cottage cheese pancakes, 2 T sf syrup, 1/2 cup strawberries, 1 T squirt sf whipped topping --later an instant decaf 'mocha' (international foods-type) --a decaf chai tea made with 1 cup Micellar Milk 2) 1 ounce soy crisps, 1 PK's protein pumpkin pie 3) big salad w/4 oz. chicken, 2 T ff ranch dressing, 1 oz. ff feta, grape tomatoes 4) 1/2 cup ff cottage cheese, 1 T pumpkin butter 5) 1/2 cup nsa ice cream in a cone calories: 920, carbs: 76, fats: 16, protein: 95 Molly...who should be downstairs cutting sheet vinyl!

Hi Molly, Well as you know I can pretty much eat without too many side effects of the foods I have tried anyway. I have been eating chili at work every weekend since I was 3 months out. Do I get gas? yes sometimes but no more than usual.. lol. I love my chili, my total staple since surgery!
