What did ya eat today and how did ya move...Monday
Good evening folks. Hope that everybody had a nice Columbus day and made it a great start to the new week. How many of us had the day off today? (me!)
My moves today? Painting all day long with a little bit of a break for lunch. My son is getting to move into his big sister's old room which we have been remodelling and he has chosen very dark colors. Means a lot of texturing, priming and many coats of paint. I think we are just about done with the primer and got one coat of paint up on two walls. Tomorrow I'll try to get another coat of paint when I get home from work.
Here's my eats today...I am STILL battling the carbs and even though I tried they came out high again.
1) 'frittatta' again (I'm on a play-egg and veggie kick)
2) piece of homemade almond protein biscotti after a cup of soy latte coffee
3) two rice cakes, two tab. soynut butter, two tab. pumpkin butter...along with a mini dump--this was too many sugar grams all added up blech!
4) 1 oz. soy crisps
5) more frittatta, 1 slice of black rye 'bread', 1 sf. fudgesicle
calories: 942, carbs: 105, fats: 25, protein: 56
Shouldn't have had the rye bread or the jam. Well, this is all about learning to make better choices. Thank heavens for online food journalling.
