bmi 23.9, weight 139
OK --you weigh 139? Dude- that is stupendous! ONLY 86 lbs - that is great and amazing and when was the last time you lost 86 lbs in 10 months. When was the last time you were this low of a weight.......i would not complain either! Keep up the good work! 115 is your personal goal......wow....i am not sure i weighed 115 in gradeschool (lol) good for you !
Have a great week Natalie!
Thanks, Dawn, you are so sweet!!! The last time I lost 86lbs was, of course, never (if you don't count a perpetual viscious cycle of loose 10, gain back 20
The last time I was 139 was a little more than 4 years ago.
The last time I was 115 as an adult was never but it's always been my goal . The closest I've come was 118 and that was 12 years ago--i was 20
yeah, but 95% of it is just walking briskly,--running is too hard on my ankles. also, i am not able to do it every single day depending on my schedule. i was able to do anywhere from 8 to 9.7 miles 5 days in a row but yesterday only did 3.9 (wasn't feeling well for some reason.)
today i did 3.4 in the morning and may or may not be able to do some at night depending on what time i get home
Natalie,
That is great!! I have 15 pounds left to goal and slowly plugging away. My current weigh-in for my surgi-versary was good, I lost more weight this month than I did last but still in the 140s and I so want to be in the 130s.
I have started back with my workouts and hoping that will get me started again.
Yes, long stalls can be broken with commitment and hard work! What did you do???
Angela
Angela,
Thanks. I really increased my exercise (from walking 3-4miles/day) to 8-9miles, which must have built muscle tissue in my legs. At first, my weight actually went up by 4lbs but now it's down 6.
I also have been trying to keep my calories under 1200, really upped fiber intake (i was already getting enough protein.) Oh yeah, I've also been "water-loading" like crazy
