Aw ask as many questions as you need! Yes, the advantage ones.. shoulda told you that. They are the best bang for the buck for sure, low carb, low cal, high protein. I haven't not heard of too many folks that do not like the chocolate fudge.. it is probably the safest one I would imagine. The strawberry is "ok" and the vanilla in my opinion is just flat out gross. Of course I love the caramel cafe but its coffee. Good luck finding one you like.
