Hi Everyone! Hope all is well and Happy Hump Day! Half way through the week already! So what did ya eat today and did ya move your groove thang? B: Dannon Light N Fit Yogurt, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/4 cup Bare Naked Peak Protein Granola. S: (recipe from Hungrygirl.com) Diet Hot Cocoa dissolved in warm water (4 oz), 3 packets of splenda, 1 tbs SF chocolate syrup and 4 oz light vanilla soy milk with ice blended together and topped with light whipping cream. YUM! L: 2 Pumpkin Protein Muffins with Maple SF/FF Cream cheese 'frosting' D: Got some mexican chicken brewing in the crock pot (salsa, taco seasoning, green chilies, fresh jalopeno chopped up, cilantro and onion) I will make a salad out of it I think with some romaine, more onion (i love onion did ya know that? haha) and some lowfat sour cream and low fat cheese. S: EAS Cafe Caramel Shake Cals: 984, fats 36, carbs 66 (fiber 8), protein 100. I am getting ready to run my 2 miles, maybe do 2.5 here in a minute on the treadmill, no weights today, did that yesterday and I am sore! How did you do today?

Hi Melissa! Now that I've gotten bill paying out of the way (well, except for one last one that is going to wait a couple of days) my head is finally feeling better. Amazing how having that hanging over your head contributes to a headache. There's nothing like a migraine to make you grateful for just feeling normal! Woohoo!!! It was a short day at work today and then some grocery shopping with my son in tow so I still need to move my hiney. Going to change clothes and get onto the stair stepper. Minus my beloved music, sniff sniff. I miss my iPod!!!! Here's the eats so far...i still have another four hours to get through so I'll have to be careful. 1) frosty protein shake (lower cal version) 2) almond protein biscotti, sf bran muffiin 3) millet protein cake, 1 cup strawberries 4) 1 slice egg-substitute/zucchini frittatta (no carbs in this), 1 small PK's protein pumpkin pie -- chai tea w/1 cup nonfat milk 5) ?? 6) ?? Maybe I'll have a small salad w/hard boiled egg for dinner and later a yogurt? We'll see! Have a good one!

Day 3 of the pouch diet: 3 hard boiled eggs 2.5 oz canned chicken 6 oz tuna 2 cups of coffee w/cream 626 cal 14 carbs 28 fats 73 proteins Planning on 25 minutes on the gazelle and 50 crunches on the AB Lounge

Thursday is my daddy's birthday so I KNOW we will have to eat out.......stressing a little about this........i have been really really good about not eating out cuz it is too hard to figure out for me........but in anticipation of this i have done ok in the last few with my intake. B: Protein Bar L: 1/2 c Tuna D: 6oz fish (Kraft Light 1,000 island for sauce) small salad S: CC yogurt I did do walking/running intervals today 30 minutes 2.10 miles....will begin to incorporate weight training next week...... Calories 764 Fat 23.5 Carbs 30 Protein 95
