I love and hate SOY....
I love soy products... BOCA burgers, soy chips, soy protein bars, soy protein shakes...low in cals, carbs but high in protein.... but they dont love me. If you have experienced soy GAS then you know exactly what I mean. My husband has a ban on soy products in our house - ha ha!
Does anyone have any tips/tricks/remedies for reducing the gas (or just the smell - sorry if that is gross)? I will try anything!!!!!!

And here I thought it was all the artificial sweeteners to blame for my stinkiness! It really is MUCH worse on days when I use a lot of sweetened products and not so bad on just-soy days. I use Gas-X too but don't get a lot of relief from it. Also use the acidophilus pills and not much help from them either. Maybe a different form of the probiotic stuff would help. Terri on the RNY board uses one that helps her.
