Hi Everyone! Hope you guys had a terrific weekend! My weekend at work was great, a very nice, calm weekend. Lots of potty patrol but that is easy. I loved it, was a nice break. The RNY board is going Halloween crazy so I have changed my user name temporarily in light of the season and celebrating over there. It is now "Whipped Scream" (suggested by another OH member.. what a riot eh?) Don't worry its temporary but I didn't know if it would show up as that when I posted over here. Snicker.. I guess I am having more of a planned "grazing day" but my totals will pan out good if I keep to it. B: (before hitting the grocery store after work) Atkins PB Granola Protein Bar S: (after getting home a couple house later) 1/2 piece of the no bake/fudgey protein bar and 1 oz of Kay's Natural Honey Almond Cereal (love this stuff 9 grams of protein and 100 calories! really got my munch craving satisfied, I will be ordering more, a friend sent me a couple samples). L: 1 cup romaine lettuce, 2 oz baby shrimp. Used Waldens no calorie, no carb, no fat dressing - honey dijon on top. (its "ok" but darn good for nutritional value!) S: small latte blended using 4 oz Light vanilla soy milk and SF syrup of some kind and ice cubes with decaf espresso. A bit later will have 2 homeade pumpkin protein muffin/pies (PK's recipe). I will post it again in cause you guys didn't see it. I lightened up the cals using egg beaters and a lower cal protein powder. Each has 83 cals, 2.6 fats, 5.9 carbs 5.9, protein 12.2. D: Turkey Brat and Side salad with romaine lettuce and FF italian with some red onion. S: EAS Cafe Caramel Shake (of course!) So it looks like a lot of food but I have a lot of very low cal stuff (almost "free" foods) in there. Better than munching on high caloric stuff right? Cals 952, fats 34, carbs 64 (11 fiber), and protein 103 I didn't exercise today, its my day off/recoop day from working. I am going to the gym tomorrow though! How did you do?

Hi Melissa! Glad you had a good weekend. Hope you got some good rest today and are ready for a good week ahead. This being a typical Monday I worked really hard (8 hrs on my feet doing all my usual things at work) and have eaten a lot. Pria bar 5) 1 small slice PK's meat crust pizza 6) 1 mini bag popcorn 7) going to have a small salad w/1 hard boiled egg and ff ranch dressing cal: 1034, carbs: 94, fats: 21, protein 110 Molly

I don't you ate "too much" Molly for being on maintenance. Honestly. Your cals are still lower than what my doc suggest for maintenance at 1 year out. I think you are doing well. And I really hope your migraine gets better soon. That must really not be fun to go through, I feel for those of you that get them Rest up and hopefully tomorrow is better for you.

I have decided to do the 5 day pouch test that you suggested last week to try and get back on track. So far I am doing well, except for a protein shake mix-up this morning In no particular order, today I have had the following: 1 Advent Edge Chocolat fudge protein drink (this would be the mistake, grabbed full carb instead of Carb Control) Choc/cocunut protein drink(made w/almond milk) 3 SF Jellos 2 SF Puddings 1 cup chicken broth 1/2 cup cream of chicken soup 2 cups of coffee w/cream Calories 777 Fats 24 carbs 81 (oops) protein 62

Wow Amy, you go girl. I couldn't get through the first day (I was also majorly pms'ing when my need or want to munch goes haywire) so it was a bad time but it isn't easy and I give ya credit for doing. Hang in there! You are doing great!

So far so good. I feel a new sense of conviction, like teaching myself I can really do this. It also helps that hubby is doing the test with me, even though he doesn't have a pouch per se. It's great to have the extra support.

My day started out GREAT! The appetite suppressant is working almost too well...I bet i could go almost all day without food at all. B: protein bar L: 1/2 c tuna salad cc yogurt D: 4 oz lean steak THEN BOREDOM SETS IN! S: 5 saltines, 1oz lf cheese, 2oz LF Ham (shoot that is a whole meal, i could just throttle myself) oh yeah and a peach! Calories 835 Fat 28 Carbs 47 Protein 95 I know that this day was successful overall but i wish i could stave off the 8pm "snack/meal" it was actually larger than lunch and dinner put together almost(?)
