What did ya eat and how did ya move--Sunday
Here's the daily eats and moving post for Melissa. I hope you all did more moving than I did...was too sore from all that gardening yesterday so I took the day off. It has been mostly a laundry day for me. (but up and down the stairs a lot!) Eats so far:
1) nf, sf soy latte
2) 1 whole wheat oat pumpkin muffin, 1/4 cup egg substitute
3) 1/2 cup Fage yogurt, 1 cup marinated cucumbers
4) 1 protein almond biscotti
5) 1/3 cup nsa ice cream in a plain cone (I'm cold, wearing three shirts and wanting ice cream...go figure)
6) 1 baggie protein chips
calories: 574, carbs: 66, fats: 17, protein: 45
Numbers are a little low (except for the carbs...yeah!) so I guess I will eat something before the evening is over. Maybe more egg or maybe one of the bran muffins I made this morning.
