What did ya eat and how did ya move today? - Saturday

Hi All! I have a quick minute to post today.. tomorrow I will be at work so I will let Molly take on tomorrow as she usually does (thanks Molly!) But here is my plan for the weekend! I am sticking to it! B: 3/4 cup Kashi Go Lean, 1/4 cup light vanilla soy milk, 1/4 cup fresh blueberries L: Spicy Black Bean Burger crumbled up on top of romaine lettuce, red onion and 1 oz low fat mont jack cheese with tbsp of light sour cream and some salsa S: EAS cafe caramel shake D#1: 3.5 ounces of baked chicken breast, 1/2 cup brussel sprouts D#2: 1 cup homeade chili Cals: 915, fats 27, carbs 79 (eek but 27 are fiber), protein 100. Tomorrow I am having the same menu but either an atkins PB granola protein bar or a pumpkin bar with 1 tbs FF/SF vanilla 'frosting' I am getting ready to run 2 miles on the treadmill also.... call me determined I will also be up all night. I am kicking into high gear again girls and it feels goooood. How did you do today?

Awright, Ladies! (and any lurking gentlemen?...doncha wonder?) Hope your weekend is going good so far. Mine is going great and I'm thrilled! Basically except for a nap I have worked in the yard all day and am SO TIRED. But good tired. My hands are shaking from the muscles being so overworked. Eats have been great so far today too. 1) 'weekend breakfast': 1 serv. scrambled egg beaters, 1 cup zucchini sauteed, 1 strip turkey bacon and 3 oz. coffee w/creamer (yup, drinking with a meal...this is the only time of the week I allow that), 1/2 slice black rye bread w/1 Tab. pumpkin butter 2) 1 cup homemade cream of broccoli soup (broccoli, ff ricotta cheese, nonfat milk, ff sour cream in the blender), 1/2 slice black rye bread, 1 Tab. pumpkin butter 3) 3 oz. soy crisps 4) the other half of the breakfast (egg, zucchini, 1 strip turkey bacon) no bread no coffee 5) sf, nf decaf caramel macchiato calories: 1010, carbs: 90, fat: 13, proteins: 60 Right at the top end of where I want to be for calories and carbs but the protein could have been a bit higher.

It is a miracle i ACTUALLY kept a diary on Saturday and i didnt do all that poorly.... B: Egg & Country sausage taco (only 1/2 tortilla) L: Saltines (5) LF cheese D:4 oz Dark Meat chicken S: 1/2 c Kashi Heart to Heart & cc yogurt Total 633 fat 35 carbs 35 protein 60 I walked leisurely for 1.5 hours........so i got in my 5 days this week......
