What did ya eat and how did ya move today? - Thursday
Hi Everyone, sorry this is so late, better late than never right? Hope you had a good eating day today. I was out and about all day and brought most of my foods I ate today with me. I am happy with my day. How about you?
B: 3/4 cup Kashi Go Lean Cereal with 1/4 cup light vanilla soy milk and 1/4 cup blueberries
S: 2 oz light mozz cheese, 1 oz low fat beef jerky
L: SB High protein cinnamon raisin bar (140 cals, before the gym)
D: 4 oz of grilled pork chop and greek side salad using low fat feta, cucumber, red pepper, and red onion with FF italian (1 tbsp)
S: 2 SF popsickles (one creamsickle, one fudgesickle)
S: Caramel Cafe EAS Shake
Cals: 880, fats 31 (yes!), carbs 64, protein 96
I also ran 2 miles and did 10 minutes on the eliptical, 20 minutes of weight traninig on all body groups and some ab crunches. I feel much more on track this week.
I haven't been feeling on track for about a month so I know you girls can do it too.. lets all do this together, we are strength in numbers! *hugs*

I walked for about 45 minutes today and ran/walk up the stairs(5 flights) 5 times, for a total workout of about 55 minutes---WOW, that's a biggie for me.
Tomorrow is going to be even better than today, I kicking the bad eating habits out the door forever......

All I will say is I did MOVE today I went to my excerse class tonight and he worked us which is what I needed. I ate way to much carb crap today..did not keep track of anyting and I know I am not close on my water. Tomorrow is a new day and I am going to DO WELL. I miss out Dec. group and posting here.

Good morning you guys! I was not as regimented yesterday as i usually am....so i am going to have to wing it. And Melissa.....I did not exercise. This is one of my skip days .....i think that my other one will be sunday so i will have to work it tonight and tomorrow.

D: All kinds of stuff, i was cooking Casseroles for a friend whos mom is in the hospital and i KNEW i would pick on the stuff so i did not have a dinner per se.
I had 1oz of ham, probably 2oz reduced fat cheese, couple bites of corn bread, some saltines (4 or 5) & a cc yogurt. oh yeah and probably 30 frozen grapes-- I havent a clue what this adds up to but i am probably ok on calories, high on carbs and fat and low on protein by the looks of it!
I will have to count it up and be sure i am good this weekend!
Hi Melissa, Hi everybody! Yesterday was a real down day for me and I just didn't have enough energy to sit here and post much. I ate really bad but did still record everything. It was a long, stressful day at work so I got a lot of exercise at work. It feels strange not having more formal exercise to report when you all are jogging and doing good things but I know by my muscles that I'm working out there. I'll go back into Sparkpeople and bring up yesterday's eats:
1) 1/2 cup strawberry cereal (in the night...bad)
2) 1/4 cup granola (again..bad)
3) frosty protein shake
4) 1/2 cup unsweet. applesauce
5) 1/2 cup strawberries, 2 T sf cool whip (another b-day celebration at work)
6) 2 turkey/cheese rollups, 1/4 cup sweet potatoes
7) 1/2 banana
8) 2 oz. beef jerkey
9) 1 mini bag popcorn
10) 1/2 cup ff cottage cheese
11) sf decaf soy caramel macchiato
calories: 1004, carbs: 134, fat:18, protein: 75
So this was pretty much way out of control carb grazing. It was a multi-whammy day that I failed...my period, long day at work, extra stress, lack of sleep, ulcer hurting and feeling down in general. Thank goodness for Sparkpeople and keeping track of all this!!!
