Sorry to see the weekend coming to a close. Did we do ok? I'd say it was so-so for me and at least not disastrous. For some reason, I have a hard time keeping on track when I have unexpected company. Hmm... Numerbs are pretty high already except for the protein so maybe I should eat some tuna later. 1) 1 serv. egg beaters, sauteed zucchini --nf soy sf caramel macchiato 2) 1/3 cup nsa cho**** cream cone 3) 2 turkey pepperoni sticks (80 cal) 4) 1 serv. Melissa's apple crisp (wow!), 1/3 cup nsa vanilla ice cream 5) 1 pumpkin protein bar, 1 T homemade pumpkin butter cal: 905, carbs: 115 (yikes!), fat: 28, protein 36. Hope you all did better than me!

Ok, somebody besides me had to have eaten today right??? LOL! I tried the tuna and it would NOT go down tonight. So now it is bedtime and I just had a cup of diet cocoa and a scoop of Nectar Latte Cappucino added in...that brings my proteins up much better without taking too hard a hit on the calories and carbs. I think today was by far the WORSE day I have had since my surgery. I are POPCORN all *amn day. I finally ate a protein bar adn we went to dinner and I got a cup of soup so my carbs are SO HIGH and my protein is next to nothing. Diana

Dont feel bad check out what i ate.....4oz of Kettle Chips! 600 Cal 32 fat 64 carbs and 8 protein ALL BY THEMSELVES.........

Hi Diana... do not even fret over this just wash your hands of it and start over today. Today is a new day.. we all have these moments. I skipped a meal last night and opted for low fat popcorn too. I got all my protein in but my carbs ended up being near a 100.. I never have had that many in a day.. ya know what tho.. life goes on girlie! I was still at 1100 cals and I have slept 4 hours on friday night, stayed up all day sat and sat night and then slept 4 hours yesterday and worked all night.. there is some serious calorie burning that has to be goin' on there.. not sweatin' it, you have enough going on so don't fret over it just try to get back on track! *hugs*

I am sure you girls all hate to hear about my PMS every month...but it takes over! AGAIN day started out good for like 1 minute......then................i had a planned endulgence! B: protein bar (good) S: Vingegar and Salt Kettle chips! i wanted them and i went and bought them and i ate them.........I am going to record all 4oz here but i grazed on them all day and threw them away! L: 1oz Turkey 2oz Cheese cc yogurt and 1/4 c zone cereal (good) D: 4oz Grilled New York Strip & grilled zucchini and tomatos and onions (good) S: (see snack number 1) 1353 Calories 68 Fat 92 carbs 90 protein 753 Calories 36 Fat 28 carbs 82 Protein -Without Kettle Chips Not going to sweat it.....it is done...it is over....and i thank you for listening!

PMS sucks Dawn.. its ok.. I know that week is killer for me to, its getting harder the farther we go out. I have found that I allow myself some pickles.. yes salty but crunchy and basically calorie free or cucumbers marinated like Molly, I feel better about what I did.. its more for the crunch factor (like the chips). Hang in there.. today is a new day and honestly having a day like that ONCE in a blue moon shakes the body up a bit I feel.. call me dumb but its ok as long as it doesn't become pattern like.. I wanna set a goal today.. I have to nap for a bit but then I am turning around and going to support group. I already have a wrap planned for later b4 group and a shake after group then that's it. That will put me at about 800 cals which is all I need today considering I over did on the cals yesterday. I will check in later after group to tell u how I did today, you wanna check in with me too? Let's keep each other focused, we can do this!!! *hugs*

Oh i will be checking in with you guys ---you can count on that .....i have today planned perfectly and i have begun exercising......so i WILL not sweat the CHIPS.... my goal this month which started on the 13th (my dr appt) is to exercise.......i have vowed to exercise 5X per week if only for 30 minutes....and so far so good...this is week 2. Sleep tight my friend and i will be talking with u later!
