My Mom

My mom passed away this morning.We found out the end of May she had Pancreatic Cancer and she fought hard. She is now free of pain and cancer. When you look up and see a bright spot in the sky that is my mom in heaven. I just wanted all of you to know. You ALL have been so supportive these last few months. I appreciate all the kind comments. It has been a REALLY hard few days and honestly today I feel at peace for the first time in a while. No one should have to go through what my mom has had too. We miss her and will always love her and nothing will ever be the same but we know she is in a better place!! Thanks Diana

Diana, thank you for letting us know. I'm so relieved to hear that you are finally feeling a sense of peace after enduring so much struggle and turmoil along with your mom. You'll continue to be in my prayers for continued strength and healing as you deal with the final tasks of saying goodbye...and in the weeks ahead as you learn to live life here without your mom. Aw Diana, bless you heart this has to be hard for you but I am glad you have a sense of "peace" about it. You are right, no one should go through what you mom went through.. so I can imagine in that way it has to be a relief. I am praying for you and hoping that each day brings more peace for you and healing. We continue to be hear for you Diana.. big hugs. (((Diana))) my prayers and thoughts are with you at this time. I lost my mother to cancer exactly 2 years ago day after tomorrow. You are right, nothing will ever be the same... but you will cherish her memory and through you and your kids she will always be alive. Peace to you, my friend.

Diana...Wish I could give you the big (((hug))) that you need now... It's hard to let your Mom "go"...knowing that she is finally painfree does help. You may be surprised at how many times you'll be able to "feel" her right beside you. Mom never really is away from you and always, always in your heart. Sob...Ro

Diana, I can "hear" the peace and acceptance in your voice, I am so sorry for your loss and the struggle you, your mother and your family has endured. Diana, I am so so sorry to hear about the long journey that you and your family have had to endure and for your mom's passing. I will be sure to look for that bring spot in the sky today.
