My day started good...then a binge...later less dinner!
The binge is the most interesting...I started out with just 3 Caramel rice crisps and thought (EVIL Pre-WLS temptor on shoulder; that's my excuse) "Hey, this would taste like Cracker Jacks if I added some peanuts." 1.5 servings of crisps and .5 oz peanuts later...
I've heard that Thin tastes better. I bet that it's also guilt-free.
I ate less for dinner so that my total was: Cals: 934, Fats: 36, Carbs: 93, Protein: 66
OK--today (friday) has been so busy that i am just now getting to post THURSDAY food!

Salad /Light done right 1000 Island
This is where it gets dicey
