Uhm.. ok.. I have a WOW moment to share!

My BMI today (don't know about tomorrow) is "NORMAL". I weighed in at 150.5 this morning! Ok, so I should say I am .5 lbs away but 150 is normal BMI so I am taking it! Again may not be tomorrow but I am so HAPPY!!!!!!!! I had to share. Thank you everyone for all you do to help support me in my journey. I couldn't do this without you guys! Hugs!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!! THAT'S A MAJOR MILESTONE! You've succeeded, Melissa. You should really take the time (that it seems you are taking) to soak it all in and make sure that this moment in your NEW life doesn't go by un-noticed. I know that when I get there (notice I didn't say "if") I'll be ready to shout it from the rooftops. You are to be commended for doing what it took to save your own life. Good for you, Lady!!! Thanks Steve that was so thoughtful of you! I really do need to like journal about it or something.. really take it all in.. As my year anniversary approaches I want to really reflect on how my life has changed for the better. Thank you for reminding me how important this is and how far I have come. It is a good reminder to have. thank you...

Oh Melissa! i am estatic! "Normal" is one of my goals too! but got to Kick "obese" to the curb first! Good for you..............5 is close enough for government work.... .5 is ONLY 8 oz so CELEBRATE good times........SWEET!

Melissa, Congratulations on being "normal"...it's enough to make tears fall! We know where we started from and what we risked to get this far and the new lifestyle that we've chosen in WLS. Losing the weight and supporing eachother really makes a big difference in how well we succeed. You've hit so many milestones! I'm glad that you are holding our hands (virtually LOL) and leading us to our common goal of being normal. I think that you are so sweet to encourage us that we can make it too! Ro
