What did ya eat today - Wednesday
While we wait with baited breath for Melissa's report here's the daily eats post. I had the day off (do you hear the heavenly choir singing 'aaaaah'?) and miraculously did wonderful. Was too busy to pre-plan the day but tried to 'think ahead'.
1) choc.-banana protein bar (homemade), 1 T Melissa's frosting
2) half serving Newman's soy crisps
3) 'frittatta' made with zucchini, onion, 1/4 cup egg substitute
4) light n fit yogurt, half cup kashi go lean
5) mock pb&j...rice cake, soynut butter, pumpkin butter
6) another 'frittatta' same as #3
7) 15 cal ice cream cone, 1/2 cup nsa ice cream
totals: calories: 760, carbs: 87, fats: 20, protien: 55
Protein's a little low, maybe I'll have a Nectar latte and cocoa?
How did you do today? What did you have to eat that was yummy and healthy?
Hi Molly! Back from he doctor and I didn't sleep a wink last night b/c my allergies were killing me that or I am sick I am not sure yet, hard to tell. So I am pretty exhausted. Today could have been better but not all THAT bad either.. a few more cals than I should have had. I know its the fatigue doing it to me and it won today, oh well tomorrow is a new day! I just got home and its 10pm I visited a highschool friend after my appointment.
B: 2 mini egg white quches and 1 wasa cracker with tsp of SF jam
L: Homeade chef salad using romaine, raw spinach, 2 oz diced chicken, 3/4 of a boiled egg, 1 ounce of cheese. 1 tbs of light honey mustard dressing.
S: Atkins PB Granola Protein Bar.
D: 3.5 ounces of grilled chicken and some grilled peppers at my friends house!
S: Small apple and mini popcorn.
cals 1061, carbs 84 (wow for me), protein102 (also a tad high for me). Not the best but by far NOT the worst day considering how on the run I was. shoulda nixed the popcorn but had such a taste for it.
This was day one taking the appetite suppressant...and it seemed to have worked either physically OR psychologically............
