**TUESDAY 9/18/07 Weekly Weigh-in**
Late posting, as I worked 12 hours last night, and OT Mon and Tues too. Ugh.
HW: 281
Sw: 260
LW: 171
CW: 166 (yeah for period week!, scale finally moved for the first time in 3 weeks, the RIGHT direction)
Vitamins:
Calcium - do the liquid calcium with D & Zinc in it, so was told to cut it back because lab values were almost TOO good.
B-50 complex - 1 daily
B-1 tablet - every other day
Biotin - hmmm.. can't remember the dosage on it atm..and too cold to run to the house to get the bottle!
Chewable vitamin 1 tab, 2 times daily
B-12 500mcg daily
Labs have been spot on. I don't take Iron because it's in my chewable vitamin, and I get enough from my diet supplementing what isn't in the vitamins.
