What did ya eat today - Sunday
Oooh, baby I think I'm going to be depressed on Tuesday. That 'heavy eating' I felt yesterday caught up to me in a big way and today I was really hungry, too. What gives?! Usually after a day of heavy food then the next day I don't want to eat. Yikes! By the scale this morning I've gained 3# this week. ACK!!! That had better be some water or poo weight!!! Today I've blown the carbs totally with fruit but it doesn't worry me because it is such watery fruit. The proteins are a little low but not too bad. Came out a little low on the water today, I'll try to double up on it tomorrow and see if that helps. Here's the damage today:
1) 2 cups watermelon, 1/2 homemade protein bar
2) cottage cheese pancakes made into crepes with 1 tablespoon fruit-only jam and 2 tab. sugar free whipped cream (yummy!)
3) 1 1/2 cups mixed salad leftovers (romaine lettuce, tomato, red onion, cucumber, turkey, feta, a little bacon pieces, vinaigrette)
- decaf soy latte
4) 2 turkey/cheese rollups, 1 cup zucchini stir-fry (burned my palate really bad)
5) sf fudesicle and sf froz. fruit bar (felt good on the blisters)
6) 2 cups watermelon
calories: 930, carbs 116 (NOT AGAIN!), fat: 28, protein: 61
I will try very hard to keep the numbers low tomorrow!

*chokes on her water over the comment about "poo" weight" I thought I was the only that thought about that. ROFL
B: 2 cottage cheese crepes, wrapped around SF apricot jam, and 1/2 sliced up banana
L: Fish fillet & 1/2 c brown rice
D: 1 1/2 turkey meatballs w/ chunky garden spaghetti sauce, and shaved parmesan cheese
S: Yogurt
Not full protein, I think, but I'm just too dang full to care.

I feel like I ate a ton today, not especially proud of it and not sure where these munchies are coming from.. so here it goes.
B: Had the pumpkin bar, then 1 hour later (I was not hungry and I ate anyway!) got a small salad with cheese, soy nuts and ff italian dressing. Then a few nuts.. sigh. I hate working nights this tends to be a trend.
L: 2 oz chicken, 1 cup romaine, 1 oz low fat mont jack cheese, onion, 1 tbsp light sour cream, 2 tbsp of salsa.
S: EAS protein shake.
D#1: popcorn - mini bag
D#2: 2.5 oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup of brussel sprouts.
It doesn't look bad but it added up to over 1100 cals and almost 120ish proteins. I guess it could be worse.. felt like I thought about food all day today, hate when that happens.

Hi Molly.. I am right there with you.. utterly obssessed. I know my relationship has changed yet I could easily fall into those old demons.. scarey isn't it? I understand, really I do. So glad we all have eachother here.. makes this process so much easier. thanks for letting me know I am not alone. *hugs*
No flaming from me! Part of it *was* water...I'm down one pound already. And then I realized that my period should be coming along sometime in the next week or so (it was late last month so I don't know when it'll hit now) and that in itself could be part of the problem. Heavens...it couldn't be from my fork after all!!! LOL
No Phillips gel caps here but I did already have two fiber supplements today. I'd have another but I am up at 3 a.m. and don't want to have to poo on the way to or at work. Ugh.... Sometimes I do my Tuesday weigh after work because then I get home and take care of, uh, 'business'. I know that is totally neurotic but I never claimed to be normal.
