What did ya eat today - Saturday?
I have a quick minute to post before I get ready to leave for work.. I hope all your weekend warrior plans will be successful this weekend!! We want a good weigh-in on Tuesday everyone!!
B: 1 package of SF oatmeal with 2/3 cup light vanilla soy milk mixed into it.
L: 1 LaTortilla (50 cal) with 3 oz of deli turkey, 1 light laughing cow spreadable cheese, some diced onion, romaine, splash of white vinegar and greek seasoning rolled up to make a wrap and a small pickle spear.
S: EAS caramel cafe shake
D #1: 3 oz of tomato basil chicken breast with 1/2 cup brussel sprouts
S: diet hot cocoa (25 cals)
D #2: 1 cup chili.
This is what I will eat again tomorrow too except breakfast will be one of Molly's pumpkin bars with FF/SF cream cheese topping.
My totals for today and close for tomorrow are: cals 921, fats 24, protein 112 (I go higher on the weekends since I am up so much and running around), carbs 77 (been going higher on these lately seeing how I do.)

Hi! Hope you have a good day at work. It is a short-shift weekend for me so eating isn't as bad. But I do have a girl's night out/scrapbooking thing tonight and that will be interesting. They scrapbook and I hang out and work on other projects since I am not a scrapbooker. They either potluck or have pizza ordered, I'll figure out something to bring for myself. Here's the day so far...kinda eaten heavily already.
1) frosty protein shake with an added tablespoon of soynut butter (it was good!)
2) 1/2 homemade protein bar
3) egg 'sandwich'...1 soft-boiled egg on 1 piece of black rye bread with 1 slice ff cheddar cheese and 2 strips turkey bacon...very heavy!
4) 1 cup canteloupe, 1 sf. juice pop
calories so far: 732, 65 carbs, 19 fat, 64 prot.
Since the scrapbooking thing goes till midnight I'll prob. bring something high-protein and low in carbs like chicken w/ranch dressing or cottage cheese. Might not hurt to make up a nice cold soy latte too...I'm tired already!

L-ground beed with broccoli
s-100 cal bag of popcorn
s-sf fudgecicle-yummy, yummy to my tummy---thanks Melissa!
d-probably a cheese and ham roll up or a protein shake.
Sorry, but I too lazy or busy to post into fitday so I do not know my total. Have to work on that for next week.

I tried to plan "1 oz" foods early in the day so that I could enjoy dinner at the diner.

B: 2 oz yogurt, 1 oz each...farina, LS oatmeal, marinated bean & vegs, and brown rice
L: 2 oz beans & vegs, 1 oz brown rice, 1/4 choc chip crisp and 1/4 peanut butter crisp (Atkins Morning), and 1/3 banana
D: 1 oz beef barley soup, 2 oz chicken, 1/3 flour pita, 1 oz sour cream, small Greek salad w/ 1/2 rice stuffed grape leaf and 1 T dressing
Total: Calories 890, Carbs 87, Fats 38, Protein 56
Weekly Average: 919 Carbs 77, Fats 39, Protein 65
