What did ya eat today - Friday
Hi December Peeps! Hope it wasn't too bad a week for you all. Got your weekend plans on surviving food started yet? I have to work so it won't be quite as hard as usual.
Today I ate at a place called PF Changs...some kind of large Chinese bistro chain. I was NOT impressed and this is the first time in my life I've ever been to a restaurant and needed to eat something as soon as I got home. Needless to say I don't recommend them. LOL Here's today's food:
1) frosty protein shake
2) 1/2 cup measured strawberry cereal
3) half homemade protein bar, 1 tablespoon Melissa's frosting
4) bad attempt at restaurant salad...a few iceberg lettuce leaves, about 2 ounces chicken
5) a GOOD salad at home...romaine lettuce, avacado, hard boiled egg, turkey tenderloin, 1 slice bacon, cucumber, a tablespoon craisins and fat free ranch dressing. I'm stuffed! (in a good way)
calories: 636, carbs: 44, fats: 13, protein: 71 grams.
These numbers are so good that I'm going to allow myself some watermelon or maybe even a peach later on when my pouch has room.

Today was my best day of the whole weeek. I had:
b-cottage cheese with wasa cracker, a few grapes
s-protein bar
L-chicken, black beans and balsamic tomatoes
s-2 cheese sticks and a bag of 100 cal popocorn
s-a few pineapple chunks
d-4 oz of yogut with some kashi ceral in it.
The last few days were pretty bad but I think that I have moved onto better eating days. Hopefully I will be able to continue over the weekend.

B: tuna salad
S: 8oz No Sugar Added Hot Chocolate
L: 1/2 small Wendy's chili
S: other half small Wendy's chili
D: fish fillet and 1/4 c brown rice
S: chicken noodle soup (working on hydrating myself, had a bad two day in a row with fluid intake)
Trying to finish my last 33 oz of water here, to hit 90oz for the day. That is HUGE for me, as most days I'm at 60oz.
Plan for tomorrow:
B: Cottage cheese pancakes/crepes, wrapped around sliced banana and sprinkled with Splenda
L: Fish fillet and 1/4 rice
D: Chicken and green beans
