What did ya eat today - Tuesday?

Hi All! I am early but I am gonna be gone this evening.. got therapy session then gotta do some shopping. I am freezing to death and have no jeans! Oh a girl has to go shopping! Darn the luck! After that I think hubby and I will grab dinner out. This is what I have eaten so far today.. B: SF Maple/Brown Sugar Oatmeal with 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder and 2/3 cup vanilla soy milk. (200 calories, 21 proteins, 23 carbs). L: Chicken Wrap - 1 LaTortilla (50 cals) with one light swiss laughing cow cheese spread on it, 3 oz deli turkey, sprinkle of romaine, red onion, splash of white vinegar and greek seasoning. 1 pickle spear. (188 cals, 27 proteins, 14 carbs). D: donno yet? I will either have a chicken salad (grilled) or chicken/fish with veggies though. My normal when I go out. I usually let myself have 250-300 cals for dinner approx) After dinner I will be near 700 cals or a bit below. Be at about 77 proteins as I will get 30 in for dinner with meat alone. So Probably have an EAS shake for 17 more to get me into the 90's and possibly some popcorn or SF pudding. I also ran 2 miles today.. did some crunches and uppper body weights.. How did you do today?

Hi Melissa!! Have fun shopping!! 1. Achiev 1 2. turkey/pickle roll up cup of coffee w/cream 3. insides of 2 Tacos from aco Bell Fresco Style 4. Mini rice cakes 90 calorie bag 5. 4 oz pork chop 1/2 cup broccoli 6. probably a homemade protein ball 831 calories 45 carbs 33 fat 80 protein

Ok..I have a head cold or something....so i am not hungry at all ---i drink and it feels like my tummy is already full so i have not had much at all today......oh yeah and i cannot taste so what is the point......wahhhhhhhhh Lunch : 1/4 cup salad & 2oz cheese Dinner: ? who knows so far 265 Calories 21 Fat 5 Carb 14 Protein (that is a lot of fat for as few calories as i have had!) I want to get to onederland...it seems that the scale is going the wrong way!

Hi, hope you find some cute jeans. Bet it will be a big thrill to try on the smaller sizes. Really tired here today and my food intake is already reflecting it. Am way too high on carbs already, I will have to stick to meats the rest of the day. It is still very early but here's so far: 1) frosty protein shake 2) 1 serv. sparkpeople oatmeal recipe 3) 1 (new to me) Atkins Endulge Peanut Caramel Cluster Bar, 1 fudgesicle 4) 1 serv. PK's pumpkin protein pie w/2 tab. sf whipped topping and some sf dulce de leche syrup so far: cal: 568, carbs: 54, fats: 13, prot. 49. Will do my best to keep the numbers down. I may try to take a nap but that is a problem cause then I don't sleep at night. Molly

Hi Molly, sorry you are tired.. I had one of those days too actually. I bet I sleep well tonight because of it too, hope I am not getting sick. Sometimes I feel this way before I get a cold. I haven't had one since surgery so maybe its just nothing.. lets hope. I don't want whatever PK's got! Guess what........ I bought 2 pairs of jeans.. SIZE EIGHT (OMGOSH!) and a pair of cargo's Size SEVEN/EIGHT! I also got a cute hooded cable sweater to wear since I am always chilled to the bone.. medium and its roomy! Wow.. I just don't see myself this small.. when does that happen? Do you see yourself as your size you are now Molly? I cannot believe this.. to be in the single digits.. wow wow wow!! I am just floored. sorry I had to tell someone and you are the first besides my mom and husband! Thanks for listening! *hugs*

Oops, I missed this post! You know what...everytime I get dressed I hope and pray the jeans will go up over my butt and fit and everytime they do it shocks me. LOL Same thing with the shirts...I just don't see myself as this size. Do you find yourself skirting sideways to fit inbetween things when shopping or even at home and then you realize that duh...you don't need to do that? My mind just hasn't figured out what size I really am yet and it supposedly takes years. Your new clothes sound cute and especially NEEDED! I have been reorganizing my closet today and for the first time in my life I made a space for a big collection of sweaters. I never wore sweaters before because they were too hot. Now I am figuring on wearing them layered. hahaha Molly

Melissa I am so envious of your size 8......i bought my first pair of jeans in the REGULAR section yesterday --they are a 16........i have got a ways to go........ Melissa this is my first sickness since surgery too- so i am not sure what i can even take...anyone have any idea? Tylenol Allergy is what i bought but i am leary to take it ........... My daily totals came up although i still did not want much to eat (shocking but true) 1) 2oz cheese and a small salad 2) 3oz chicken (i put 5 on the plate but after 3...was ENOUGH) 3) Snack Size Protein Bar (Atkins i believe) 4) CC yogurt with Kashi I am amazed how much fat cheese has...i used to eat it daily, that was BEFORE i started writing it down 624 Calories 32 Fat 29 carbs 51 Protein
