What did ya eat today - Monday?
Hi All! I hope you have a good weekend and were able to keep the demons away! I did really good and pretty proud of myself! I also slept really good today about 6 hours, so I haven't have much to eat today but I will give you my plan.
B: Molly's Homeade Pumpkin Protein Bar with a FF cream cheese frosting I whipped up (Yum, perfect on a chilly almost fall morning Molly, thank you!!!)
S: Dannon Fit and Light Smoothie, 60 cals.
L: Homeade stuffed peppers, I will post the recipe.
D: Pumpkin Spice Protein shake since I have some leftover pumpkin to use.
S: EAS Shake most likely. Not really sure.
What did you eat today?
How do you eat such a little amount of food and be happy? I feel like I am either eating or thinking about eating. I do not ever really feel full even after I have just finished eating. I know this is going to be detrimental in the long run, but I am not sure what to do about it.

957 cal 79 carbs 39 fat 72 protein
Well remember I worked last night so I slept 6 hours today and will be in bed again around midnight-1am. Trust me.. I have been struggling the past two weeks to keep my cals at 1000, been getting closer to 1200. I really think it has to do with upping my good carbs and causing cravings you guys.. yesterday I didn't eat as many good carbs and the cravings were so much less.. It could be in my head and probably it is.. but I just can't eat that many carbs and be successful at this.. it kills me and I know it. I will allow some b/c of fiber and regularity purposes but keeping carbs in the 60's is best for me.. no more.. and I am gonna follow that till I get to goal and then go from there I think. As close as possible anyway. Trust me though.. I eat too much if anything. Today just looks like not much but it will get to 1000 cals I am sure by the end of the night. Always does.
Still a lot of day left to get through but since I am eating a pumpkin protein bar right now I won't be hungry for a long time. Hafta say, tho...if this was the 'old days' I'd be having a cup of hot coffee to go along with this yummy treat. That is all that is missing but I remember my mantra...thin is better than coffee, thin is better than coffee...
So far:
1) nectar protein shake (less calories!)
2) 1 light mozz stick, 1 curves bar
3) diet yogurt with 1/4 cup granola
4) 3 turkey/cheese rollups, 3/4 cup strawberries (ate half at lunch and half on the way home)
5) 1 cup canteloupe
6) pumpkin protein bar w/ ff cream cheese 'frosting'
When I started logging this I forgot to put in the yogurt and granola and after I added it the numbers got rather high. Maybe I'd better only have a salad for dinner. Maybe I'd better send the rest of the granola home with my daughter!!!
