Hi Nancy, Have you tried the Plateau Buster diet? It floats around here on OH often and it was easy to find a link to it: http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/hunger_and_food_troubles/postdetail/1152.html?vc=0 I can't offer any personal advice because I didn't have any plateau's but from what I hear everbody says to go back to basics...measure your foods, increase your water and exercise and cut out bad carbs. Could be that your body is just taking a little breather now to catch up on all that you have lost and will begin losing again in a month or two. Are you taking measurements? You may still be losing inches during this time the scale doens't budge. Don't give up hope, your window of opportunity hasn't closed yet...it is just time to work differently. Molly

I looked at this post for the diet, but it does not specify how much or how often the allowed veggies can be eaten. Anybody know the answer? Thanks

I was on a plateau for over a month and very frustrated. It finally started kicking in again and the scale started moving...FINALLY. I am sure yours will kick in again soon.

Nancy I did the plateau buster way of eating for 2 weeks, lost 11 lbs. Well now I am on another plateau no movement in 2 1/2 weeks, so I am going on it again. It works!!!!Molly posted the link..Good luck Erin

Thanks for those suggestions!! It is so frustrating because I am working out EVERYday. I am running 5K and walking 2, eating well, but... not drinking enough water. I looked back over the last few weeks and I think that is where I am down. I am going to try the plateau buster diet to get back on track. I am only 8 away from wonderland and I want to get there!!! I am pleased with my 132 down but still have a long way to go! Thanks for your advice!!

Hi Nancy! I was stalled for a few weeks and then last week I added a protein shake as afternoon snack and made sure I got all my water in - and finally the scale moved! Just a suggestion, but it sounds like you are doing ALL the right things - you are a role model in the exercise department!
