What did ya eat today - Saturday?
I am staring to get frustated with my weight loss, I was at 200 last tuesday and today I am 201..WTH? I sure hope is b/c of aunt flow. I want to be less than 200 by friday(9 month anniversary).
Yesterday I had:
B-NF SF Cappuccino
S-Atkins bar
L-4 oz tilapia, side salad and 2 small pieces of potato
S-2 Ham and cheese roll up
D-a child sized meatloaf with brocoli-ordered from the kids menu-
S-shared with my husband a grande SF NF latte from startbucks
It does not seem to be too much for me, what do you think?
I hope that is me too Molly.. i really gotta work on the fluids.. ugh. sometimes its hard.. I need to remember to drink drink drink. I might do a couple shakes a day next week mixed with milk so I get decent cals and carbs but still getting fluids.. then have a sensible dinner we will see. I gotta weight at the docs for my 9 month here in a little over a week and want my weight to be at a certain point.. ugh.. don't we hate how we beat ourselves up? I need to stop that thinking pattern.
Just keep doing what you are doing Beatriz.. It will come off. I am doing the same thing.. up and down a couple pounds here and there.. so unpredictable these past 2 weeks, driving me nuts too! I'm so weirded out, I ditched my afternoon meal for a shake thinking that will help.. We just need to stick to what we are doing and it will come off. Hang in there your diet looks great.
Catching up --here is Saturday --you will notice from the content i was not at home all day ---i was helping my friend lay tile in her house! Yuck!
