Hi there, I have time to post for today before I head off to work so I thought I would real quick. Here is what I have had and plan to have over the course of the night at work. Hope you all are enjoying your weekend! B: 2 mini quiches S: EAS cafe caramel shake L: Peanut butter SB bar (140 calorie one) and 1 light mozzerella cheesestick. D #1: 4 oz tomato basil chicken breast, 1/2 cup canned asparagus. S: diet hot cocoa with SF peppermint paddy syrup added (25 cals) D#2: 1 cup homeade chili Cals: 841, fat 26, carbs 56, protein 103. Have a good weekend all!

Hope you have a good day at work. I walked down to Starbucks and bought another bottle of Cinnamon Dolce syrup...thank you so much for letting me know it is availale again. I'd never have checked otherwise! Here's today: 1) Orange Cranberry slowcooker oatmeal (sparkpeople recipe today, good!) 1 serv. 1/2 cup 2) 1 tab. soynut butter and 1/2 small banana on top of a wasa cracker 3) 1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese, 1 cup cantaloupe cubes 4) EAS french vanilla shake w/pumpkin pie spice syrup and decaf espresso 5) 1/2 cup premeasured strawberry cereal 6) prob. will be the insides of a chicken sausage and some veggie or salad Hope everybody has had a good day!

OK Molly you gotta tell me how good that EAS french vanilla is.. I HATE the strawberry btw.. do u like that kind? ew.. so fake tasting to me. I have lots of syrups I could add to the EAS french vanilla and of course decaf espresso. Thanks!

It is very bland so it makes a good quickie base for other flavours. Definitely does not have as much taste as the cafe caramel or the strawberry. (the strawberry it too fakey tasting) I like it for days when I don't have time to measure. Otherwise I'd just use part of a container of Mice Milk because it tastes better, IMHO. But of all the EAS products the choc. fudge still tastes best to me. Molly

Great Molly, got lots of syrups and coffees i could try out on it.. I love that they are only 110 cals so they fit into my daily plan almost everyday! I will pick some up this week and give it a try. Have you tried the EAS dark chocolate? I saw that when I was in KC. Its also in the advantagEdge line.. same stats. I am willing to try it if its good.

Hope work goes well for you this weekend. 1- sm. banana w/ 1 tsp. natural pb & 8 oz. skim milk 2- 1/4 cup creamed herring (gross, I know, but I think it's a pregnancy thing) 3- 1 cup grapes 4- 1/2 oz. beef jerky & 1 oz. low sodium muenster 5- SF Oreos & 4 oz. skim milk (bad, Shawn, bad!) 6- 1/4 cup creamed herring 7- 1 small salmon patty, 4 fresh pea pods, 1/4 cup cooked spinach 8- will be protein shake so I can get the rest of my protein in with protein shake, stats are: cals. 1166, fat 43 (whew just made my limit), carbs 135, protein 78

Chip Crisp, 1/2 Sahara (nuked..then added ICBINB and garlic powder), 1 oz extra sharp 2% cheddar, 2 wheat Ritz crackers L: 1 c Chunky ham & bean soup S: 1/2 oz nuts, 3 cheddar rice crisps, 1/4 banana D: 1 c chili, 2 oz rice S: SF Creamsicle Calories: 954 Fat: 34 Carbs: 103 Protein: 62 Thought I'd share my averages that are for a broader view and my Nutritionist. Week: Sunday, 9/2 - Saturday, 9/8: Calories: 846 Fat: 30 Carbs: 84 Protein: 66 5 Wk: Sunday, 8/5 - Saturday, 9/8: Calories: 828 Fat: 28 Carbs: 82 Protein: 69 Overall, I'm still losing about 8 LB / mo. did not eat that well today. It was not that I was struggling with my disorder though. I have been having an extremly sharp pain in my right side and not feeling all too well. I am hoping that it is just some little funk and will disappear. It is not hurting now so maybe it is gone For breakfast I had one egg lunch: few bites of chinese (chicken and veggie) dinner:3 bites of ham and cheese
