What did ya eat today - Thursday?

My day was a little high on the calories side but extremely good on the carbs side. Here is what I had: B-2 mini quiches with a few grapes S-atkins bar L-4 oz steak with a few forkfulls of rice S-SF/NF cappuccino D-Chichen,(one leg and one tight) with 2 tbs of avocado. How was you nite out?

Pretty good eating day today even though it was messed up timing-wise by not being able to get my lunch down. 1) much lower cal prot. shake 2) homemade protein bar 3) 1/2 cup sf pudding cup 4) 1 oz. light mozz. stick 5) 1 bag Kay's Naturals protein chips 6) froz. fruit bar 7) 1/2 cup strawberry cereal 8) 3 oz. chicken, 2 tab. ff sour cream, 1/4 small avacado calories: 901, carbs: 78, fats: 18, protein 121 (you made me feel so much better about that, Melissa!) Just pulled a batch of pumpkin protein bars out of the oven. Too bad I don't have enough calorie budget left to have one to try today. Have to wait till tomorrow, but they smell great!

MMM pumpkin bars sound delish! I posted a question to the registered dieticians on the Diet and Nutrition Forum. They say I will keep losing till I at least get to 1200-1400 calories a day. How do you maintain on 900 calories? I am losing so fast still at 1000 cals a day.

It's scary, Melissa! If I can maintain on 900-1200 cal.s at 9 months out what am I going to have to live on to maintiain at 18 months out???? Do you think the difference between me being a proximal and you being a medial (was that the right term? I am soooo tired!) has anything to do with this? Am too tired to be attempting to reason anything out, I'd better turn off the 'puter and get to bed. Molly

Aw Molly I hope you rest well. How long have you been maintaining now on that calorie amount? I almost wonder though if you raised up slowly to 1200 if you wouldn't still maintain on that amount? I don't want u to feel like you will always be eating 900 cals a day forever. Shouldn't have to anyways especially with that physical job you have!
