You're welcome! That is an old WW trick that stuck with me and it really works since you still have half the yokes for the flavour. You do need the food coloring though because they will look too pale and give the secret away otherwise. What I always add in my devilled eggs: low fat mayo, cayenne pepper, a drop of tabasco, powdered mustard, s&p, sometimes some dill pickle juice for moistening. A sprinkle of paprika on the top and they have just the tiniest bit of heat and taste so good!
