What did ya eat today - Tuesday?
Hi Everyone!!!! Soooo whatcha munchin on today?
B: 1 cup kashi cereal with 1/3 cup soy milk and 1/3 cup fresh bluberries
L: PowerCrunch Bar - Vanilla PB flavor, yum yum yum
S: 1 deviled egg (2 halves) made with light Miracle Whip
That is it so far..
550 calories, 38 proteins, 51 carbs.. gotta get the protein up. Will have some dense protein with veggies for dinner and then a shake.
What did you eat today?
Hi! I preplanned today (at least the first half) and it went very well.
1) frosty protein shake (may need to redo my calorie listing, I am using a new prot. powder and it is less calories)
2) homemade protein bar (same as before...eating in two sessions)
3) 2 1/2 oz. tuna, 1/4 cup salsa, abt. half cup strawberries (boss bought them just for me...I had to)
4) Power Crunch bar (chocolate...nibbled a bit at a time throughout the day)
--lite Starbucks frappuccino
5) Blue Bunny froz. fruit bar
6) maybe play-omelette or ff cottage cheese and tiny salad for dinner
Without #6 so far:
cal: 785, carbs: 59, fats: 17, protein: 85.
Really a lousy day at work today and only 4 hours of sleep last night so I need to go to bed early and hope for a nicer day tomorrow.
Not matter what I eat, I always end up having way too many carbs
Today I had:
B-Weight Control oatmeal with protein powder, some grapes
S-atkins caramel double chocolate crunch bar
L-Tuna with whole wheat crackers
S-Carb control yogut
D-1/2 cup groun beef with chopped tomatoes, inions, cilantro and lemon juice.
Grand prize for reaching 200 Lbs?..........nsa ice cream bar from DQ.
The carbs were too high before the ice cream so I do not even want to know where they are now.
