Happy Surgiversary!!! Can't believe it has been 9 months already. I remember reading a post on PK's 9 month anny. and she seemed so wise and such a 'graduate' even then. Do you feel like that yourself? I sure don't. I don't take any of this for granted, not a single day of it. Every new day with this tool is another day of learning and dealing with food addiction issues. It has been the biggest blessing I've gotten in recent years. You are doing so awesome and I'm so proud of you, Melissa! Big hugs for you and congratulations on being so close to goal now. You can get there!!! Molly

Hi Molly! Yes Happy 9 Month Surgiversary to you also!! Lol yes PK has always been wise, I look up to her also and always have. Shes has had an amazing journey. I never take it for granted either Molly.. I think when we take it for granted (this journey) we will fail. That is just my honest opinion har**** may sound. Yes this tool does make us face our demons and that is a good thing, I am proud to say that I am proud of myself and the changes I have made. I know you are proud of yourself also.. there is so much self gratification for that! Thanks Molly.. hugs to you also for getting to your goal. I can't wait to join you! You are an inspiration!
