WELL TODAY I AM 9 MONTHS OUT...............
My goodness how time flys. I go for my 9 month checkup on Friday and anxious to see what all the levels and so forth is. I also made an appointment to see the nut. As it is getting so much easier to eat more.
Tonight I am gonna weigh myself at the gym when I go for water arobics then I will post it on our Tuesday weigh-in.
I made some 9 month pictures (not developed yet) I will put them on my profile page. I got into a size 20 jeans (the stretchy type) but none the less they were a size 20 and being I came from a size 30/32 stretch pants I think thats not too bad. Still just hoping and praying it continues to come off and I can keep it off!!!!!!!!!!!!! As I do seem to struggle everyday.
Thanks for listing

Hi Melissa! I cannot wait to see your latest pics, keep the positive attitude and your journey will continue to be successful. It does get harder the farther we get out, no doubt about that. Just make good choices my friend. You are doing awesome! Can't wait for updates and thanks for sharing.. Happy 9 month anniversary surgery twin!
Hi
Congratulations..I can not wait to see your new pictures. Can you believe we are at 9 months Honestly for me it seems like it has been forever.
WTG on the 20s.
I soo agree with you on that it is a struggle everyday. I honestly thought I would not want things after the surgery and I do.
Keep up the GOOD work
Diana
Congratulations to you! You have done well ! It does become a bit of a struggle, but its all about making the right choices, most of the time.
I really have to talk to myself about food, my weight loss has slowed down a bunch, I am struggling to lose 1 pound by my monthly anniv on the 8th..Its sad, but I knew it would slow way down so I am just trying to hang on to the weight I have lost so far.
I know a big part of mine is the skin, I am having a tummy tuck at the end of this month and that is gonna be a big factor in how I look and feel, I think it will encourage me to get back in the gym like I should be.
This is so much fun!!

Happy 9-month surgiversary!! You are doing so awesome...what a wonderful time it must have been getting those size 20's. You're darned right, it's not too bad!!!
It is really nice that your surgeon (and Melissa F's) have 9-month checkups. Mine goes from month six to one year so it is a long stretch in between that time. Hope that your nut. will have some good advice for you.
We'll all be looking forward to your 9-month pics. Keep up all your great work!!
