Oops! What did we eat Sunday?

Sorry I forgot to log on and post this, gang. It looks like we were all busy yesterday but we all tracked what we ate, right? I'll run over to sparkpeople and pull up yesterday and post what I ate. It didn't come out bad at all, I was sewing yesterday. (do you hear the choir siging 'aaaahhhhh' ?) You can't sew and eat at the same time. lol brb...

Er...when I looked at yesterday's logged food I realized I neglected to add the last snack of the day and that bumped my carbs into overtime. The other numbers still weren't bad tho. 1) 1/4 cup faux eggs and zucchini scramble --1/2 cup lite soy milk and decaf in a latte 2) 2/3 cup packaged chex mix...at the fabric stores for 3 hrs. and forgot a prot. bar, this was the best I could do 3) 1 homemade protein bar over two hours time 4) sf fudgesicle 5) 4 oz. chicken breast, 1 tab. sf bbq sauce, 1/2 cup snack pack sf pudding 6) 1 mock pb&j (rice cake, soynut butter, sf jam) 7) 1/3 cup craisins snacked throughout the day calories: 845, carbs: 124, fat: 16, prot: 62.
