The recipe I have calls for a small container of egg beaters, how small? 16 ounces or 8 ounces? Beatriz

It's whichever one that has 8 servings at 1/4 cup each. 1/4 cup = 1 egg.. so it equivilates 8 eggs using the whole container.

Hi, Beatriz & Melissa! I have a 4 oz (= 2 eggs) Egg Beater container...from the 3 pack. So...I use 1/4 of recipe? Can't wait! Yummo! Ro
