Hi all.. I feel I am getting back on track.. I just ran my two miles and did some floor exercises, ab crunches and some light upper body weights. This is my meal plan for today and tomorrow and I am stickin' to it.. I do good at work... I stick to the plan. Today: Breakfast - 1 dannon fit and light vanilla yogurt with tsp SF blackberry jam to flavor with 1/4 cup Protein Bare Naked Granola and 1/4 cup fresh blueberries.. YUM! Lunch - 2 EAS shakes Dinner #1 - 4 oz tomato basil flavored chicken breasts and 1/2 cup green beans Dinner #2 - 1 cup homeade chili. Tomorrow: Same as today only breakfast will be an Atkins PB Granola Protein Bar on the ride home. I find if I eat something before I get home then I don't raid the kitchen and can just go to bed. This will put me at 800 calories which I am fine with considering the past couple days have been a bit rough. I feel much more in control today. Next weeks plan: I joined the YMCA this week, its about 30 mins away, Id like to go at least twice and keep running at home. The fall weather is coming and I enjoy exercising outside during that time, really looking forward to it! Have a good weekend everyone! What did you eat today?

My day has been a bit weird...my sleep has been really off but at least the food has been ok. Did dump from eating a banana this morning for breakfast. Now I know I can safely eat half a banana but not a whole one! 1) 1 small banana 2) 1 cup life cereal 3) 1 cup leftover salad with 1 oz. chicken 4) 1 cup marinated cukes 5) small piece frittatta made with egg beaters, turkey bacon, 2% cheese 6) need more protein...maybe an eas drink? so far: cal: 668, carbs: 74, fat: 21, protein 48. Have not gotten in enough water today. Had company on top of the weird schedule today so everything is a bit off.

Hi We had a FUN day today. It was the annual Hospice concert here and they had the Temptaions Review playing..I guess it has 2 of the orginal ones with them. It was a BEAUTIFUL night and we went with our best friends and had a lot of fun. This afternoon I went to the outlet mall ALONE since my hubby got home from China last night and I bought a few new shirts. I still want to pick up the bigger ones and am amazed that I can wear a 18/20. I started in a 28/30/32 so for me this is big time. B-around 3 to 4 oz low fat Goetta (Its a Cinti thing) L-1/2 of a grilled chicken salad that I had left over from last night D-chicken with out the skin, 1 bite pasta salad, a few pretzels and some baked Scoops with salsa (like 5) (we did a pitch in picnic at the concert) S-watermelon, pineapple and a 1/2 protein bar For me I was happy with how my day went..there were a lot of things I could have eaten tonight and I did not. I ate fruit which I know is high in carbs BUT it is better for me then other stuff. It was fresh pineapple and OMG it was good. I know the watermelon is coming to a end but there is nothing better then stopping at our local farm markets and getting fresh corn, melons and veggies. I will so miss this in the winter BUT I am looking forward to the apples Happy Labor Day weekend to everyone. Diana

Just send me some PMs and tell me to quit slacking, cause I've been bad the last two weeks. Just haven't been planning my meals, been more worried about cleaning my house (I live with three male slobs) and not taking care of me. On the bright side, I'm maintaining my weight, even with the occasional "off program" snackage. I just need to cut the crap out. I went shopping Friday night with a friend to help her get some new clothes, and found I fit in size 16/18 misses tops, but they are slightly too large, and the 12/14 are just a tad to snug in the bust area, still. Pants are a solid 14, heading to 12. I carried most my weight around the middle, so that makes me happy. I also can fit in the Juniors XXL, again it's the bust holding up the show! Um.. literally. Got to thinking about my meals, and realized, I'm just not hungry and so not been eating my protein like I should. Time to get back on schedule, maybe that is what I'll dedicate tomorrow to.

Hi everyone, I am still trying to do better, I am still having a time getting all of my water or liquids in, have been drinking McDonalds iced coffee, vanilla flavor, and really liking it. I hope it is ok, I asked the people that work there and they said it didn't have any sugar in it, does any one know for sure? On the main board, someone was concerned about their pouch, not working right, and they wanted to know if anyone knew where they could find the 5 day diet to get them back on track, and this is what someone posted, hhttp://www.livingafterwls.com/ I went there, and it looked interesting, and thought I would share this, hope someone will find it useful. Happy Labor Day to everyone!! My husband and I just came from our 35th Wedding Anniversary Party!! We had a great day and night, it was sorta funny because years ago "they" said it wouldn't last! lol! I guess we showed "them". Leatha

Hi Leatha! Glad to see you posting. I looked up the info on McDonalds Iced Vanilla Coffees. A 16 oz which is a small has 130 calories, 21 carbs (doesn't say how many of those are sugars but I would imagine most are as sugar is listed in the ingredient list along with some carbs from the milk they use), 1 protein and 5 fats. Here is the ingredient list: Premium Roast Coffee. Light Cream: Milk, cream, sodium phosphate, sodium polyphosphate, DATEM, sodium stearoyl lactylate, tetra sodium pyrophosphate, sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium citrate, carrageenan. CONTAINS: MILK. Vanilla Syrup: Sugar, water, fructose, natural (plant source) and artificial flavor, caramel color (with sulfites), potassium sorbate (preservative), citric acid, malic acid. Ice. Is it a good choice? Well I am a latte freak.. anyone will tell you that on this board. I either get them at Starbucks and I order, Sugar free, fat free and decaff or I make them at home where I really can control the calories. A large 20 oz iced latte at Starbucks that is Sugar free and nonfat is 110 calories. When I make it at home if I use milk it is 80 (for 1 cup milk) and then if I use soy milk its 60 calories. SO you can see how doing it yourself or going to a place like starbucks that has the heathier options might be better for you. If you really like this tho and it is your treat, as long as you incorporate it into your days totals and not make it extra calories/fats etc.. then I think you are doing ok. Welcome to the december board I do not think I have seen you post before. I haven't read your blog yet as I am at work but look forward to learning more about you. Please give us an update if you will! Tuesdays we do weekly weigh-ins if you are comfortable with this please join us otherwise we also do daily posts of what we eat and it really helps to keep us accountable and on track and also gives each other ideas of what we are all are eating. It is a fabuluous family here! Welcome!!!
