Fire Up Those Weekend Strategies!
Allright, Ladies!!! We have a three-dayer to get through this time. It has it's own extra challenges built in...maybe bbq's with families and friends, community activities, camping? How are we all planning on surviving it with our eating plans, motivation and sanity intact?
My goals...bring no more fruit into the house and rely on salads and veggies like my marinated cucumbers for munching and crunching. This holiday sort of marks the unofficial end of summer for me and I have to cut the fruit monkey off my back NOW. The week isn't over yet and my goal for the week itself was to have my sewing room ready for sewing so I'll bury myself in there today with some music and by gawd, I'll get a stitch or two sewn if it kills me. LOL!

I know i prolly said it 10 times.....but i am going to Las Vegas tomorrow ....so I dont have 3 days off i have 4 AND i will be in SIN city...... I bought some of the Atkins Protein Bars to take with me.....eating in restaurants stresses me out in the first place...but for 4 days that is a nightmare. Breakfast is a breeze...lunch i can have a protein bar and dinner maybe an appetizer or something....i got some cheese sticks that i carry in my purse for the airport and some beef jerky......this might sound tacky but i also carry empty water bottles in my suitcase so i can fill them up myself in the hotel room...if i get the Aquafina ones the mouth is larger and i can shove ice in there too... when you drink as much as i do at 3.00 a bottle....forget it ......that is like $48 worth of water for 4 days! that is stupid...... always carry the crystal light too.......hopefully we will be able to get some walking in ---or at least i will....my hubby doesnt much like to exercise even if it is in Vegas.........hoping for nice weather...it is raining here in Texas AGAIN.
I have done some preliminary packing and had an ah ha moment.....smaller clothes take way less room in the suitcase! i am anxious about the plane seat too--but in a good way.......

My strategy for this long weekend is to stay focus on my goal of being in onederland. I am so close to it and I want to make it by my 9 month anniversary which is on the 09/14.
I am also going to log EVERTHING I eat into fitday in order to stay more focused and see what I am doing with my food intake. This should help me stay focused and accountable.

Hi Molly I have been a little MIA lately. I have really had so much to do and between the hubby and kids my time is thin. I try and log on at lunch at work, so here I am. This weekend I snacked alot. I am trying to refocus, because once again my wt is at a standstill. I am going back to eating very little carbs and logging on here to write down what I eat. I really want to lose these last 20 lbs arrrgghhh
