What did ya eat today - Friday?
Here's today:
1) instant oatmeal with 1 scoop prot. powder, 1/4 cup craisins
2) 1/2 homemade protein bar
3) 1/2 homemade protein bar
4) blue bunny froz fruit bar
5) sugar free fudgesicle
6) small dinner salad with 2 oz. chicken, 2 tab. low fat ranch dressing
calories: 762, carbs: 106, fat: 12, protein: 66.
Carbs rather high...prob. the oatmeal and that bar. But still...they weren't fruit carbs! LOL
Maybe I'd better have a Nectar drink later to bring up the protein. We'll see. I feel really full from the dinner salad.
