how do you thaw the quiches? I do not think I could function w/o the protein bars but I will limit myself to one a day to save calories and $$$$$$$$$$$ Beatriz

I'm going to try the "minis" too...thanks for the microwave tip. My breakfast routine has been "off" lately (chocolate pudding in the wee hours...an old habit... ) so I need to behave! Ro

Beatriz, do try making a batch of the homemade protein bars. Mine came out very dense and dry and it takes a loooong time to finish up one and only 157 calories. I posted it here in one of these protein bar threads. Molly
