What did ya eat today - Wednesday?
Sorry I am late, better late than never right? Busy day again for me! Here is what I ate.
B: 2 Fauz egg crustless Mini quiches
S: EAS caramel cafe protein shake
L: Fajitas (went out with some girls from work after training). Brought my own 50 cal high fiber/grain tortilla. Smeared some refried beans, little cheese and salsa, pico and mixture of veggies, and 2 little strips of beef and 2 of chicken and about 4 medium shrimps.
S: Having a large (venti) SF iced vanilla latte, nonfat, decaff
D: donno yet - need more protein and maybe some popcorn or an apple later for a snack.
What did you eat today?
Today I am very happy to report my food intake:
B-SF Cappuccino powder with 8 oz milk
S-Atkins doble chocolate crunch bar
L-Weigh****chers beef pot roast and 1 plum
S-Atkins cookie dough bar
D-Pork chop
totals for today: 961 cals, 86 carbs and 85 proteins-too many carbs to little protein---got to do better tomorrow.
Thank GOSH someone finally ask what I ATE TODAY as I really worked hard on staying away from the carbs even though the watermelon kept calling my name
B-2 mini quiches (I really like them...thanks Melissa)
L-sliced turkey and 3 spoonfuls mashed potatoes
S-Twisted protein bar
D-Shrimp and a few grapes
S-100 calorie ch. mint bar, string cheese, Atkins choc. protein bar

PS...opps, I was just going to hit summit when I remembered my oops today. I took my youngest to Target and he got Popcorn and a Icee and I took 1 sip of a icee (Dr Pepper flavor and a few pieces dryed up popcorn that I think sat from this morning)
I'll bet the icee tasted gross too! Everytime I think I have to have a sip of pop I always have it intending to spit it out without swallowing to be 'good'. And end up spitting it out because it tastes awful! LOL
Looks like you did great today! Did you log your food into sparkpeople or fitday? Those sites do such a great job of maintaining records. I love to see the pie-chart breakdown of where my calories are coming from. The visuals are so helpful, not to mention interesting!

2 slices of steak/chicken fagitia quesdillas
3 bites (including choc/sprinkle covered waffle cone) of hubby's ice cream
2 bites of daughters ice cream
