What did ya eat today - Wednesday
Since Melissa hasn't gotten this started yet (she had training today, right?) I'll get it going for her. It's been a good food day and I'm proud of this!
1) frosty protein shake
2) 1 Dannon light n'fit yogurt (yuck!) and 1/4 cup granola
3) FOUR AND A HALF OUNCES of chicken (!!!) and 2 tab. lf ranch dressing
4) 1 cup watermelon cubes
5) 1 mini bag light popcorn (not the sugar free kettle corn either!)
6) 1 cup watermelon cubes
calories: 819, carbs 68, fat 21, protein 78.
In addition to working on my sewing room project (yes, still!) I decided to put away most of my summer clothes and pretty up my closet with the new fall goodies I've bought recently. Man, it makes me so sad to think of all the years I wasted being ashamed of myself and denying myself the pleasure of wearing pretty colors and enjoying clothes. But not this year, baby!
