What did ya eat today - Tuesday?
Amy....if it makes you feel better i DID write down what i ate and it was FABULOUS --albeit a little high in carbs ---then about 8pm i lost my mind .......includes a low carb tortilla ....ANOTHER protein bar........cheese.........and i dont know what all.....i will blame it on PMS but i hate to transfer the blame to that but......I got rid of the evil (for me) which is the protein bars that i love so much i eat 2x per day (in addition to regualar food) and today will be a new day
I am in the same boat I am only 3lbs from Onderland and WILL not sabotage myself...we can do it ....i will feed off of your energy.....
Earlier this morning before my 8am conf call i went to the VENDING MACHINE and bought a bag of peanuts.......but after you and i "talked" i decided that there are MUCH better choices than peanuts 280 Calories 24 g of fat. I postponed my breakfast --until i can make a rational choice...not just the easiest choice from the vending machine....
