What did ya eat today - Monday?
Hi Everyone it is so good to be back and posting regularly again! Thanks again Molly for all you did while I was gone!!! So what have we eaten today?
B: Peanut Butter Atinks Bar
L: Having a cup of homeade chili now with 2 whole grain crackers
Nothing else so far for me.. going to get ready and go to a local suppport group.. Might drink a shake on the way.. hard to get cals in on Mondays as I sleep some of the day.

How lucky you have support group today! Hope you get a lot of good ideas there. Ate much better today and really worked at adjusting my food attitude. Maintenance sucks, dieting was much more comfortable. I gave away most of my 'treats'...the nsa cookies and such that I was allowing myself a nibble of here and there. They just became too much a regular part of my day even though they were negligible amounts. I simply can't have them in the house and that's that. Here's today so far:
1) frosty protein shake made with waaaay too much ice
2) 1/2 cup 0% fage yogurt, 1/2 cup kashi go lean
3) 2 cups baby spinach salad with about 1 ounce chicken, 1/2 ounce feta, 1 tab. lf ranch dressing, 1- 100cal Curves bar
4) 1 cup canteloupe
I think for the rest of the day I'll have either more canteloupe or watermelon and maybe some play-eggs for dinner. Went to Wally World today and got more clothes, that is good incentive for me to eat healthy.
Didn't write down my numbers but I am under 600 cals so far and 60 protein so I still have to get the numbers up a bit.
So glad to have you back Melissa, even though Molly was doing a wonderful job too

Fruit made the carbs a little high today.

L-3/4 of a egg, 1/2 slice toast
S-detour protein bar,spoonful of my sons ice cream
D-sliced turkey, ear corn, 3 bites mashed potatoes
S-watermelon
It was a so so day..today was the FIRST bread I have had in a LONG time..I made the egg and toast for my mom and she did not eat more then a couple bites.

1 tablespoon peanut butter
hamburger patti w/ 1/2 slice ff cheese
spoon full of peas, corn, and chicken flavored rice (which I didn't eat all of the any of that)
2 slices of tomatos

Ok in case you guys havent figured it out...I am a carboholic....if i find something for example these Protein Bars or the Kashi cereal....all bets are off.....i will eat them for every meal ......sigh so yet another thing i cannot have in my house........so thanks to the protein bars and the FRIED venison........i am really high on the counts today...i hate to blame the TIME OF THE MONTH....but i am fixing to start today!
