What did ya eat - Sunday??
I figure everyone was busy, so I thought I'd post for today.
Today was MUCH better than yesterday, whew! We had a kid's birthday party to go to today, so I didn't eat as GREAT as I'd liked, but I did better.
1) 1 1/2 morning star sausage patties w/american cheese
2) 1 slice little caesar's pep pizza, 1/4 cup macaroni salad (mostly just egg), 1/2 oz. (or less) Doritos
3) one bite, white birthday cake with frosting.
4) protein shake
5) chic breast & cheese roll ups
cals. 922, fat 35, carbs 64, protein 83 that's even with logging the cake and doritos.

i started out really good today.
For breakfast I had a protein drink mixed with a yogurt.
For lunch I had 1 egg and half piece of toast.
After that all hell broke loose with my daughter..

This really threw off my eating schedule and have not had time to eat yet since I have not been home too long.
Thank you for posting this, I felt so guilty not being able to even turn on my computer yesterday. It was a busy work day then I worked on my sewing room and then had company unexpectedly. Never had time to even write down what I ate, let alone logging it online. I don't think I did well though because I could see my tummy swollen up by the end of the day.
