Whoa, I'm so late getting this posted! Sorry!!! Another busy, busy day today and I'm just now getting some food in before I head to bed (too hungry to wait for morning). Here's today's eats, rather high in calories but I was away from home and had to rely on too many easy-to-pack carb foods. Next time I need to aim for a pouch of tuna instead. 1) 6 oz. mice milk over decaf espresso ice cubes 2) 1/2 cup 0% fage and 1/4 cup granola 3) bottled Starbucks light then later an atkins morning crunch bar 4) a 'diet' yogurt and 1/2 cup special K protein plus 5) homemade concoction like chicken parmesan...took a guess on the calories with sparkpeople calories 1001, carbs 103, fat 24, protein 80. Have to work this weekend, gotta get to bed! Hope you had a good day and have your weekend strategies in place. I don't have anything special in place other than using the foods that I prepped and froze last weekend to help me get through. My goals for the weekend are to begin degunking the sewing room so I can start working on sewing some actual clothes for myself next week. I'll keep you posted.... Molly

Hey Molly!! I am finally home! Feels so good, but I too have to work the weekend! Not sure I am ready to go back! I ate my good foods while I was gone, really did a good job, pretty proud of myself. I ate around 1000-1100 calories a day, prolli a bit on the high end but I still didn't eat any junk or crap so all in all I am very happy! B: Atkins PB Granola Bar L: Brought my own tortilla to a mexican restaraunt. Used my 50 calorie whole grain Tortilla and got the beef/chicken fajitas. Had one fajita with some beans, little sour cream, pico, and about 3 oz total of meat with onions and peppers.. yum! S: EAS cafe caramel protein shake, small handful of mixed nuts. D: Mozzarella/artichoke chicken sausage (3 oz) with a side salad w/ FF itallian and light sprinkle of cheese on romaine with some red onion. 1 oz bag of revival soy chips also. (really didn't need to eat that). S: EAS choc fudge shake (not nearly as good!) I blended it with some SF english toffee syrup and ice.. its OK. Cals: 1119, fats way high at 48(sigh), carbs 68, fibers 19 + 4 with a supplement I am taking now so 25, protein 112

Hey girl, you didn't do bad at all for being away from home. How smart of you to bring your own tortilla to the restaurant! Just imagine all the fat grams you save in that one little move. Sorry you don't like the choc. fudge shake. I have to really doctor the cafe caramel, there is just something about that taste that isn't 'right' to me but I love the choc. fudge. So far my favorite way to have any of the EAS shakes is to pour it over frozen coffee cubes and add sf coffee syrup. Makes it last longer and just tastes better. Good for you counting your fiber grams, I still haven't begun doing that but have changed to a fiber pill supplement in the evening because there are some days I'm not getting in that second supplement.
