What Did Ya Eat Today - Tuesday
Hi! Hope you all had a great day today. We had a mixed bag of weather here today and it has felt like fall and summer all together. But still a lovely day. Was too busy again today to get some of my food logged in to Sparkpeople (hey, Beatriz...you need to kick my butt now!) but I think I have a pretty good idea of calories and am doing ok except for the carbs.
1) EAS cafe caramel shake over decaf espresso ice cubes
2) 1 med banana, 100 cal Balance Bar
3) 1 cup canteloupe, 1 kashi chewy granola bar
4) 2 rice cakes, 1/4 cup broccoli-cheese dip
5) 1 cup canteloupe
6) prob. another EAS drink to bump up my protein before the day is out
cal. 738, carbs 100, fat 15, protein 40.
Tomorrow is a short day at work so I'm hoping to have more time to spend on the comuter getting my Sparkpeople account caught up on the days that are spotty. ****pt paper records of what I ate at least.)

well kinda high on the carbs today, I felt like I needed more carbs today for some reason.
bfast - vanilla soy protien shake
snack - moz string cheese
lunch -Subway ckn wrap, with lettuce, tomato, and jalapenos(didn't like the new flour tortillas at subway, I like the old soy flour ones instead) so I didn't eat all of the tortilla
snack- 6 oz of fruit(my boss got a fruit arrangement so lots of yummy fruit)
dinner - 4 oz of ckn quesadilla
snack - jello or yogurt
Hi Erin! I never eaven knew Subway had soy flour ones. What are the new ones? I've been thinking maybe I should go out in search of some rice flour tortillas, bet someone makes them.
How the heck did you keep yourself to only 6 ounces of fruit, you good thing! Fruit is a terrible weakness for me and especially the stuff that smooshes down to nothing like watermelon.

Molly, I need to kick my own butt now, and very hard in deed. The day started good but since I was depressed about the one pound gain, it all went downhill. Oh well, no more self pitty party here. Tomorrow is another day, another opportunity to shine.
On the bright side, I met a friend at the local college track and walked with her for about an hour. It was so much fun and I felt good. Meeting her tomorrow for some more walking.
