B: Peanut Butter Atkins Granola Bar

L: 2 light mozz cheesesticks
D: 1 Latortilla 50 calorie whole grain tortilla, 1 tbsp of sour cream, 2 tbsp of regular refried beans, 3 oz boiled pork (carnitas) and some salsa.
S: EAS cafe caramel protein shake
954 cals, 66 carbs, 19 fibers, 44 fats, 88 proteins.
Not bad.. 1 day down, 4 to go.. wish me luck on making good choices!
Hi Amy! Thank you for getting this going, is is too late for everybody else by the time I get around to it lately. Busy day today *and* I just got back from the salon and having my hair sort of relaxed. Wish I could take a picture of it to show you, I love it!
Today's food went very well:
1) EAS cafe caramel over coffee ice cubes
2) Curves Bar, 1 cup strawberries
3) 1/2 cup 0% Fage, 1/4 cup granola
4) 3 oz. chicken, sf bbq sauce, 1/2 cup cucumbers, 10 rice crackers
5) 1 cup watermelon
6) 1 cup Old El Paso cheesy/chicken-something soup (name escapes me but it was 190 cal)
calories- 896, carbs 100, fat 28, protein 61
I sure have noticed that my proteins are a lot lower when I don't have a frosty shake in the morning but I do have a harder time staying on program during the day. Weird...

I also Exercised...i am trying to learn to run...so i am starting by doing intervals...(running / walking)
I am on a treadmill....i am in Texas and it is REALLY hot outside....I would like to eventually move it outside when it gets cooler (end of October)......i walk for 5 min then run for 1 min... i am just starting out so i have to learn how to do it --and learn to like it.........i wear biker shorts (that is where my hanging skin is)........and a t-shirt --i have plenty shirts that are big enough to cover over the biker shorts ......and for sure a sports bra----my girls are getting smaller by the day but by golly i dont want them bouncing around........
