Since Melissa is out of town and I am guessing Molly is still working thought I would step in. No offense meant to anyone if I am stepping on toes. 1. Carmel Protein shake 2. 2 oz chicken breast 1/2 cup strawberries 3. sf jello 4. 2 oz pork chop 1/2 cup broccoli 5. meat/cheese/pickle rollup 625 calories 20 fat 43 carbs 78 protein numbers are lLittle low so I may eat a sf bomb pop later. Anybody else eat good today?

Hi Amy! Thanks for stepping up! I was good today, but ate alot more calories than you did. What kind of goal did your dr/nut give you? My recent visit I was told to eat 6 times per day, 1100 cal, 100 carb, 80 protein (I am 5'11") and 30 - 40 fat. Seems high to me but I guess I am comparing to the early surgery meals! B - 140 cal. south beach bar 2 slices yellow watermelon s - 1/4 cup kashi go lean lun - salad no dressing with egg, tomato, swiss and turkey s - medium apple w/2 tbsp. peanut butter din - 11 sauteed shrimp, small bit of onion and green pepper SF Kozy apple pie ala mode pudding cup (70 cal) with SF whip topping .... mmmmm! s - 1/4 cup kashi go lean

I was told 1000-1200 calories, 80-90 protein and 100-150 carbs. I usually end up around 1000 calories, 85 protein and 85 carbs. The carbs the nut gave seem really high so I kind of cut back to where I feel comfortable. Your numbers look pretty good to me.

Also, I am 5'11 too and it seems like they gave us pretty similar numbers. Maybe they do know what they are talking about

hummmm, I am 5-11 too. I can't belive it, what a coincidence. What's your target weight? I want to go down to 175/180. I think I will be comfortable at that weight. What about you?

My surgeon says 180 -185 I personally am aiming for 175

Oh good, we are in the same page. I will be very happy when I get to 175/180, but do not want to be at less than 175.

Amy, thanks for starting this thread. Today I gad: b-1 boiled egg 2 saltines grapes s-South Beach protein bar L-8 shrimps with "pink sauce"(ketchup and ff mayo) SF pudding s-atkins protein bar D-4 oz chicken rice and side salad(tomato and lettuce) s-sf caramel dessert No ideas of my calories, too lazy to log everything into fitday.com Have a good one Beatriz

Beatriz, cute new picture. Your face is so much thinner too...wow! Your "pink sauce" reminds me of my childhood...mom always made that when she served fish sticks and my sister and I always fought over who got more. Yum! Molly
