What did ya eat today-Monday- Subsitute poster
Since Melissa is out of town and I am guessing Molly is still working thought I would step in. No offense meant to anyone if I am stepping on toes.
1. Carmel Protein shake
2. 2 oz chicken breast
1/2 cup strawberries
3. sf jello
4. 2 oz pork chop
1/2 cup broccoli
5. meat/cheese/pickle rollup
625 calories 20 fat 43 carbs 78 protein
numbers are lLittle low so I may eat a sf bomb pop later.
Anybody else eat good today?
Hi Amy! Thanks for stepping up! I was good today, but ate alot more calories than you did. What kind of goal did your dr/nut give you? My recent visit I was told to eat 6 times per day, 1100 cal, 100 carb, 80 protein (I am 5'11") and 30 - 40 fat. Seems high to me but I guess I am comparing to the early surgery meals!
B - 140 cal. south beach bar
2 slices yellow watermelon
s - 1/4 cup kashi go lean
lun - salad no dressing with egg, tomato, swiss and turkey
s - medium apple w/2 tbsp. peanut butter
din - 11 sauteed shrimp, small bit of onion and green pepper
SF Kozy apple pie ala mode pudding cup (70 cal) with SF whip topping .... mmmmm!

s-sf caramel dessert
No ideas of my calories, too lazy to log everything into fitday.com
