What Did ya eat today - Saturday
Hi Gang! This is really late (even for me!), I have company and have been busy visiting but thought that I'd try to get this posted before going to bed. So here's a quick roundup but I haven't figured it all out on Sparkpeople yet to know the numbers.
1) 1/2 cup 0% Fage yogurt, 1/4 cup granola, then a bit later 1 cup watermelon
2) 2 of Melissa's crustless mini quiches, 1 slice cantaloupe
3) 1 rice cake, 1/4 cream cheese broccoli dip
4) 1/2 cup cucumbers, 1/2 cup kashi go lean
5) 1 mini bag popcorn
6) 2 cups watermelon, 1/2 fudgesicle
Hey Molly! I just got home from work but thought I would post my daily eats.. I feel like a pig compared to you guys!
B: 4 oz dannon fit and light vanilla yogurt with 3/4 cup kashi and some blueberries on top
L: 1/2 cup homeade chicken salad with light mayo and 1 WASA cracker
S: EAS cafe caramel protein drink
D#1: 3 oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup green beans
D#2: 1 cup homeade chili
This is over a 24 hour period since I had to work last night. Comes in at 950ish cals.

Good Morning! I've been eating more lately and feel fine. I haven't weighed myself yet, as I just want to concentrate on food now. This week's calorie average is 842, but the 3 week average was around 780. I am keeping a very simple record for my Nutritionist appointment that lists weekly averages, using SparkPeople. -- Ro

D: Wendy's chili (2/3) w/ 2 crackers, sour cream baked potato (1/3)
S: 1/2 mini popcorn w/ ICBINB (I Can't Believe It's Not Butter)
I kind of fell off the wagon towards the end of last week, but I am trying to use this weekend to get back on track
Saturday totals 906 calories 85 carbs (high, I know) 25 fat and 94 protein
1. Achiev one
2. Atkins granola Bar
3. 1 turkey ff cheese rollup
3oz apple
4. 4 oz lemon pepper tilapia
1/4 cup whole grain santa fe rice
1/2 cup brocolli
5. 1 boca burger w/ketchup
sf bomb pop
sf jello
6. open faced tomato snadwich (1 slice wheat bread) ff miracle whip
That's allot of food!!
OMG!
I am a hypocrite...i tell you guys every week that if we mess up we write it down and we move on. I MESSED UP BIG TIME! I did write it down and it was worse than i can even begin to tell you guys....so much so i am too ashamed to even tell you guys what i ate on Saturday.......but just know i am on the straight and narrow......whew i feel cleansed and you are WAY better off not knowing what i actually did......... CARBS, FATS & PROTIENS were all in triple digits....
